Upgrade server to 2012

I am trying to upgrade our OpManager server running on Windows 2003 x64 to Windows 2012 x64 server. I have tried to follow the upgrade instructions exactly mentioned in here - https://www.manageengine.com/products/ad-manager/admanager-kb/how-to-move-admanager-plus-to-new-server.html

Even though the DB backup & restore works fine, there are 2 issues I am seeing on the new server:

1) On the new server, I do not see any of the configurations (added servers, switches, etc,) which I have setup on the old server. The only server that is visible right now is the opmanager server itself.

2) I have tried to download & install the same build (11400) of OpManager 11 running on the old server. But somehow the whole web interface looks like a different from the one on the old server (screenshots below). So now, I am not even sure if I am downloading the right version from - http://archives.manageengine.com/opmanager/
