OPManager's URL alert shows URL is down and then up and it seems the real site is not down.

Hello.
I've been using OPManager for an Year and a half and about 9 months ago, URL down and up attension notice has repeated once for 20hours.
And it stopped for 9 month and yesterday it occured again.

I'd like to know these similar things happen in OPManager?
If someone has same occasion, please let me know.
I will attach log file soon after.
