We are experiencing some issues when using "Run Program" and "Run System Command" notification profiles in OpManger. In fact, neither of them are actually working.

We tried to test actions and an emergent window said the command executed properly, but in fact it does nothing. We tried running a batch file in the /bin and in the root directory, then we tried to execute the commands through the "Run System Command" option but it didn't work too. We are currently using OpManager V11 (build 11600). Could you help us, please?
