Dear, I have added performace monitors for 5585 ASA firewall but most of them are not working except systemup time and network interface. Anyhelp is much appreciated.

The built-in Application Monitors are very few and don't cover a variety of applications in an infrastructure. OpManager custom template lost after ppm patched
we use Enterprise version and had experiences to lost some of custom device template threshold settings after ppm patch. (the custom templates do not impact) does have known issue about settings lost during ppm patch? also, how to avoid this issue during ppm patch through a backup? The concern is I do not know original release version backup can be restored to a newer release version. Or I should backup custom template individual and resotre it into a newer version? Thank you. Cisco firepower 2130 model.
I have problem to use below template to discover Cisco firewallpower 2130 model. Opmanager will detect the system is Linux intead of Cisco, also OpManager will not able to detect correct interface. Monitor Failing but Mib getting the data
I createds a new device template for huawei switch. I added a new monitor to get the CPU utilization. Using the mib browser over this devices I can get the data for the CPU utilization but when I go to the device and then to Monitors and test monitor it fails to get the data and going to Graph show me: Data not available. If i ask our support OpManager in Indonesia, they said i need MIB or Device Template. It's a multiprocessor device. Has anyone gotten these devices to work? Thanks.

Adding WMI monitor to device template
We've created a device template in Settings > Configuration > Device Templates and are trying to add WMI monitors to this template. We're able to add SNMP monitors but there aren't any WMI monitors in the list. Please advise how to add/associate WMI monitors with a Device Template. Thanks.
About volume in video calling
I'm monitoring an IP address via Netflow Analyzer, the IP addres is using for video conference device. When I made a call to another video conference (H.264 model) via internet in 1 hour and the Netflow analyzer recorded that the calling used up to volume 7 GigaByte,15Mb/s speed average, impossible. So, please tell me why netflow analyzer can calculations like above?

Hi there, Has anybody use Fortigate switch FS124D with opmanager? I can't get interface list from this device. maker MIB for this device is really simple, so I trying to use the generic IF mib2, interface table .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1 to get that info. I created a new device template and use this OID in device identifier. If I use MIB tool , I can see interface list, description etc.. But I can't see any interface in device description. Any idea? Opmanagr discover too many interface!
i am using opmanager 12.2, when we add new device, the system can't let us to select which interface user want to monitor the server maybe have 4 physical network port and the system can identify it with 50+ interface so after we add 50+ device , there maybe 1000+ interface on the system most of interface are hidden, virtual ,useless or misidentify some interface network flow is 0 and some are identify as problem this make a lot of alarm and big problem in management of course interface template
strange threshold condition in custom monitors
Hi, we are monitoring Checkpoint firewall using the latest MIB from the vendor. When adding some monitors from the mib, we cannot set the threshold conditions to be "<", ">", the only option is "Contains". How can I change the conditon type?

Hi There, We are trying to monitor certain process from Linux server. We got the server through SSH and most of insteresting process are monitoring but We have some problem with process that have the same name, same path and different arguments, we can see let say similar process with the same name and path but different argument in process list. We can add to the template but if we try to modify the name, the program only let one and always the last one. is it a bug? Regards

Changing ethernet default graph - V12.2
I'm looking in changing the default ethernet graph because it's a little bit misleading: it shows the traffic summed and not overlapped that would be preferable for a full duplex interface. I've looked around but i'm not able to find a way to change it. Do you know if it's possible to select a different kind of graph to display ethernet data? thanks
Device SNMP vals in Degrees F
I am monitoring a number of devices that report via SNMP their temps in Degrees F. Being from Australia this is of limited value when I have to continually mentally convert it. Is there a way Opmanager can perform recalc the values when received and stored so that Thresholds, Values, Graphs in Opmanager are working with Degrees C.

NETAPP aggregate info wrong
I have OpManager 12 monotring NETAPP 2240 filer and I ma getting following alert Aggregate Used Percentage for .9 is 62 %, threshold value for this monitor is 60 % I checked Netapp stats and aggregate is using 44% while one of the volumes is actually at 62%. It seems that "Aggregate used percentage" thresholds are for some reason applied to volumes as well. Any idea?
