Monitoring Cisco Telepresence
Hello, I am trying to start monitoring Cisco TelePresence systems. I can see even, that if proper SNMP community string is provided, OpM discover the device out of the box. However - it is monitoring the device with availability only. My question is - did anyone succeeded in more detailed monitoring? like monitoring network interfaces (and its details, like drops etc.). Final scenario is monitor somehow "User Experience" - to be aware before bigger (more massive) issue comes. I would like to know
OpManager 12 problem reading SNMP values from UPS MIB
We have recently began using OpManager 12 from OpManager 11. We are doing a fresh install and migrating our items manually. I have run into a problem with OpManager 12 receiving SNMP data from our UPS system MIBs. It doesn't appear to be able to process or translate the MIB definitions correctly and will not return certain results. Device template with same name already exists
Hi, I was having an issue backing up our new Aruba switches. I noticed there was a new device template on the ME site, so downloaded the XML. Tried to import it and I get the error message "Device template with same name already exists." I deleted the devices associated to that template, I only had 3, and tried to reimport and I get the message "Device template with same name already exists." Decided to delete the original template from Settings --> NCM --> Device Templates and tried to reimport....same
Mikrotik Temperature via SNMP

Custom Monitoring using snmptable
Currently we can add the OID which can be use via snmpwalk command. Since its not available in Opmanager, We unable to monitor some parameter which can be found using snmptable command. e.g in F5, we want to monitored the Pool Member state.

Wrong Memory Utilization in Cisco ASR 1000-X
Hi, I have 4 Cisco ASR 1002-X routers monitored in OpManager. I just realized the Memory Utilization does not show the real condition. It shows 80%, but the fact is it only using 9%. And it happened only in ASR 1002-X routers series. OpMan: Router: Any other routers such as Cisco C800, ISR4331/K9, CISCO2901/K9, etc shows obviously. I'm figuring out how to fix this problem. Interface Monitoring
I've add some devices into my inventory. Then I decide to change default interface monitoring intervals. But it doesn't take effect to those interfaces which had been added to project. If I add a new device it works. I tried to apply changes to ALL interfaces and Selected interfaces but the result is still the same. It's really hard to remove and add devices again.

OpManager custom template lost after ppm patched
we use Enterprise version and had experiences to lost some of custom device template threshold settings after ppm patch. (the custom templates do not impact) does have known issue about settings lost during ppm patch? also, how to avoid this issue during ppm patch through a backup? Monitor Failing but Mib getting the data
I createds a new device template for huawei switch. I added a new monitor to get the CPU utilization. Using the mib browser over this devices I can get the data for the CPU utilization but when I go to the device and then to Monitors and test monitor it fails to get the data and going to Graph show me: Data not available. Adding WMI monitor to device template
We've created a device template in Settings > Configuration > Device Templates and are trying to add WMI monitors to this template. We're able to add SNMP monitors but there aren't any WMI monitors in the list. Please advise how to add/associate WMI monitors with a Device Template. Thanks.
About volume in video calling
I'm monitoring an IP address via Netflow Analyzer, the IP addres is using for video conference device. When I made a call to another video conference (H.264 model) via internet in 1 hour and the Netflow analyzer recorded that the calling used up to volume 7 GigaByte,15Mb/s speed average, impossible. So, please tell me why netflow analyzer can calculations like above?

fortigate switch FS124D
Hi there, Has anybody use Fortigate switch FS124D with opmanager? I can't get interface list from this device. maker MIB for this device is really simple, so I trying to use the generic IF mib2, interface table .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1 to get that info. I created a new device template and use this OID in device identifier. If I use MIB tool , I can see interface list, description etc.. But I can't see any interface in device description. Any idea? Opmanagr discover too many interface!
i am using opmanager 12.2, when we add new device, the system can't let us to select which interface user want to monitor the server maybe have 4 physical network port and the system can identify it with 50+ interface so after we add 50+ device , there maybe 1000+ interface on the system most of interface are hidden, virtual ,useless or misidentify some interface network flow is 0 and some are identify as problem this make a lot of alarm and big problem in management of course interface template

Monitors Processes
Hi There, We are trying to monitor certain process from Linux server. We got the server through SSH and most of insteresting process are monitoring but We have some problem with process that have the same name, same path and different arguments, we can see let say similar process with the same name and path but different argument in process list. We can add to the template but if we try to modify the name, the program only let one and always the last one. is it a bug? Regards
