Hi,

I have 4 Cisco ASR 1002-X routers monitored in OpManager. I just realized the Memory Utilization does not show the real condition.

It shows 80%, but the fact is it only using 9%. And it happened only in ASR 1002-X routers series.

Any other routers such as Cisco C800, ISR4331/K9, CISCO2901/K9, etc shows obviously.

I'm figuring out how to fix this problem.

Any help would be appreciated.
