I went to "Inventory"-"Config Management" to add a device and received an error, "Operation cannot be performed due to license restriction." I have plenty of interface licenses available. What might cause this error?

Using IPFIX on ME NFA 12.3
We are running Build 12300. We want to monitor traffic on our Sophos UTMs. I have enabled IPFIX accounting on these and specified our NFA server as the host so assume that the UTM is sending this IPFIX info to the NFA server. I am not seeing the interfaces from either of our UTM in the Licence Management Page. Is there any specific settings or config required to receive IPFIX information in NFA? Cheers Stuart

Hi, I am having an issue with the NCM. When I try to have it backup my HP devices it is not able to connect. When you first login to the switch, you have to press enter to continue. There is a prompt that says that. When I put that in for the prompt it is not liking it. Any ideas?

In a browser I get "http://<IPADDR>:8080/nfaapi/json/device/conDetailData?apiKey=<APIKEY>&TimeFrame=Weekly&DeviceID=<DEVICE>&Type=Destination&Data=IN&Entity=<IPADDR> works just fine. However I initially tried "curl http://<IPADDR>:8080/nfaapi......" it fails. I have tried "curl -X GET --header "Accept: application/json" but it returns "{"error":{"message":"Parameter Missing. check the rest API reference","code":5002}}" Is there a way to use CURL to connect with Netflow API? Anyone else using CURL?

After we have collected the Netflow information from the Cisco Device and presented the AS View as shown attached. We found that the top 10 AS Number shown is the destination AS for the top 10 traffic volume or speed for the device. We like to know for the ManageEngine Netflow Analyzer: 1. Can the AS number shown is the origin AS (i.e the source AS number) instead of the destination AS for the top 10 incoming traffic ? 2. Is the top 10 traffic obtained in the AS View the sum of the In
NOC View in 12.0 SP3 Is Worse
The NOC view in 12.0 SP3 shows less information now than SP2. Before we could see about 8 or so lines per window, now we see 3. The graphs are cut off at the bottom as well. Not sure why this isn't customizable.. Can we change it back somehow? We would really like to see 10 lines. On another note, it would be really nice to not have those dots show up in NOC view graphs as they reduce detail and don't do anything in NOC view.
All interfaces are detected in Netflow but NO Traffic In/Out for CiscoASA 5500-X
I know I have configured my new CiscoASA 5516-X and 5525-X FWs right according to my existing CiscoASA5520. I just copied the same procedure in ASA from SNMP and Service Policy Rule based from my ASA5520. The OPManger Netflow has already detected the ASA devices and interface and even showing status is up and updated flow. However, I still havent gotten any IN and OUT traffic. I need help where I missed. See attached the issue of IN and OUT

CBQoS doesnt work - Netflow Analyzer 12300
Hi, Due to some reason our netflow analyzer is not able to "Fetch Policy" undet CBQoS configuration. When we click on "Fetch Policy" it takes a couple of mins and we see "Request Timed out" at the top of the page. The SNMP test shows "passed" so its not a issue with incorrect community. Also we are seeing this specific issue with Cisco ASR 1002-X routers only. Can someone suggest a fix or workaround for it ? Regards, Shailesh

Hi all, I would need advice as I am new to NetFlow on how to correctly configure softflow on Openwrt to get data in NetFlow analyzer. I have wan interface (eth0) and internal bridge interface for (br-lan). currently I have only configured br-lan but I am seeing mostly just conversation on the local lan level. I only have local IP′s in the top sources and destinations. I also configured IP group so I have incoming/outgoing traffic. is this correct configuration or I also need to include eth0 interface

Netflow Analyzer Sudden Not Show Last Hour Application Data
I am using Linux based Netflow Analyzer build 9860 with embedded MYSQL. All was working fine but since few days i have observed that devices interface graphs are working fine and but APPLICATION HOURLY graph is not displaying while 6 Hours APPLICATION graph is displaying fine.
