ManageEngine NetFlow Analyzer bandwidth utilization report not generating anymore.
We have a standard bandwidth report, for one of our customers, that had been running daily, since early July, fine, until last Wednesday. The report has not generated since Wednesday(8/15/18), despite restarting the App server, and changing the "Generate" time to test..
I cannot seem to find any sort of log file to determine why the report is not generating.
The report is a standard Traffic Report, for a single IP Group, for the Chicago timezone, and formatted in PDF.
The report is configured to run, daily, at 815am, and is generating for the Previous Day(00:00-23:59), including weekends.
Finally, the report is being emailed to a 3rd-party email address, that has been confirmed as still valid.
Would anyone be able to assist me in locating an application log file that might assist me in determining why this report is not generating anymore.
