MDM - Android Keyboard not adjusting webpage in kiosk mode - Covering Text Field
I have a user that is currently running our web form on an Android device controlled in Kiosk mode. When they attempt to enter text into a field at the bottom of the page, the keyboard appears and covers the text so that they cannot see what they're typing.

when I enable kiosk mode it doesn't let me take the remote computer, the label to press accept on the device is removed

Chrome on IPad does not allow to set start tabs
Hi All, I've run into an issue with Chrome on my iPads. We need to be able to set the tabs that open when Chrome is opened. I need to set it to open two specific pages on all the iPads that are managed. We've tried setting it manually on each of the iPads (which would also be acceptable), but the option to do so seems to be missing. My question is twofold: 1) Does pushing Chrome through the MDM remove / restrict access to these settings? 2) Is it possible to give these permissions back OR push
MDM is unable to reach APNs
We've been seeing this error on the Enrollment tab for most of the day: MDM is unable to reach APNs "api.push.apple.com" must be opened on the outgoing port 443 of your proxy server/firewall to manage iOS devices Check Connection Now I am not aware of what the implications may be at this point. We have an on-prem server. Our network logs reveal no releated communication problems. Anyone else encountering this error and/or have any suggestions?

Names missing from user listing
If I look at the user list in the Device management tab the names are missing from all of the users who have devices enrolled in MDM. I can see the details for all of the other AD users but for any MDM users the Display Name, First Name, and Last Name are all missing, replaced by "---" Any idea what is going on here? thanks

Admin password forgotten
Hi. I have installed MDM and forgot password. Setting a data transfer limit per session using MDM
With almost 150 devices deployed users still appear to be able to use loads of mobile data without me knowing quick enough, this is because the data session can include Gb's of data, I need to either restrict the data used per active session (say 200Mb) or make sure it disconnects from mobile data every X hrs at which point the mobile data usage platform I use will get an update. can anyone make a suggestion of how I can get the MDM to help with this please.

Hello, we are using Mobile Device Manager Plus MSP. Our goal is to get mobile devices that are secure with no unwanted app and no change of system settings. The devices have only company email access. The phones are company owned so no BYOD. For us the Kiosk mode was a proper solution for this. Now we have 2 problems with email. iOS 11 behavioral changes
With the advent of iOS 11, Apple has made certain behavioural changes to its workflow. There are certain cases where the usual workflow has been modified with respect to MDM processes. Following are the OS-specific changes 1. Using Outlook/Office365 or Exchange from the default mail app in iOS 11: In devices(both iPhones and iPads) running iOS 11, users are unable to perform basic mail activities such as sending a mail or responding to one.
