Planned maintenance of our US Data Center on Dec 19th & 21st
Dear Customers,
We have planned a network infrastructure upgrade on our primary Data Center in the USA on Dec 19, 2019 from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM PST and Dec 21st, 2019 from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM PST.
During this upgrade, we will be switching Mobile Device Manager Plus Cloud to our secondary Data Center to ensure that our services continue functioning. We do not expect any disturbances to the services during this period, but should you experience a disruption, you can raise it here or please let us know immediately at mdmcloud-support@manageengine.com
To further ensure continued access to the Cloud applications, it is recommended that you whitelist the following IP addresses on your firewall:
- 204.141.32.0/23
- 136.143.182.0/23
- 136.143.186.0/24
- 8.40.222.0/23
We will update this post once the network upgrade is complete. As always, we thank you for your business and continued support. We remain committed to continually improving our operations and infrastructure facilities to best serve your business.
There will be no maintenance in our other Data Centers and the Mobile Device Manager Plus Cloud will operate normally.
