Recreate default Admin account

Dear Community,

in our on premise installation of ME MDM Plus we created a new local admin account with a different username. Then we deleted the default "Admin" account. Everything is working but we have some strange effects and the logs are giving some hints that maybe the deleted default "Admin" account could be a reason for the issues.
We tried to recreate the "Admin" account but this fails with the message "User Local\Admin already exists!". Does it? We can't see it anywhere.
Is there a way to recreate or reactivate the default "Admin" account of MDM Plus after deletion?
We saw that it was possible in earlier versions with resetPassword.xml . But in 10.1.2101.2 there is only a tool (resetPassword.bat) that doesn't help here because it can only change passwords of existing/visible user accounts.
