How to remove MDM app from android device
Hi everyone, Our On-Premise MDM server was affected by an issue of the OS and all our data was lost, we have in there like 200 android devices enrolled at that moment and now we can't remove to start all over the process again for enrollment, we configure the MDM server again so we can do a fresh start but we can't enroll the existing devices to the new MDM server. Can't setup VPN server name with port like hostname:8443
Hi Team, when I try to configure the VPN profile for Palo Alto VPN, the web GUI does not let me put the servername with the port like "vpn.ovel.ru:8443" It does accept the server name without port though, but this will not be a working solution. The Palo Alto VPN client (GlobalProtect) can accept the port ( i can configure it manually). The web gui also doesn't accept any specific app name (on the bottom of the page). Please fix it if possible. Thank you!

Non-existent app updates
The Android ME MDM app constantly lists updates for a some of our apps. If a user tries to update the app they are told that no updates are available. All of the apps have the most recent version approved in the Play Store. The affected apps are: Skype for Business Google PDF Viewer Google Docs Gmail Google Sheets Google Chrome This does not affect functionality but it does generate questions from users about their phone not updating properly.
Static IP for wifi profiles
Hi there, I'm trying to push out a wifi profile to some Android tablets, which is just a simple WPA2-PSK network. The Android device gets the profile and authenticating to the wifi network works fine but for some reason it's getting set with a static IP in the 192.168.1.0/24 range (192.168.1.100) when I want DHCP so the device gets an IP automatically. I can't see settings in the profile that let me define IP settings for a given wifi network. Has anyone else had this issue and know a work around?

We've just started using MDM. The person that did the initial set up added some devices, individually assigned the one profile we've got to each of them, and assigned a set of 6 apps to each of them. In the list of devices they each show as having 1 profile, and 6 apps. I have created a group that has the same profile and the same apps plus 2 more. Can not enroll device take 2
Seems as though my last post was deleted so I'll tray again. Can not enroll an Android 8.1 device. Send by invitation. Personal device. Install the MDM app on the device and it authenticates. Work profile starts to be installed onto the device. The icon to the MDM app then disappears and I get something that states "OperatorPluggin has stopped working". The device does not finish setting and remains as "Yet to Enroll" in the console (Cloud).

Clear Passcode == Permanent Policy Violation?
While testing ME MDM+, I used the Clear Passcode function on a new tablet. It worked as expected, forcing a passcode reset on the tablet. After the tablet had a new passcode, however, the policy violation remained. Even though the new passcode is compliant with the MDM+ policy, it still complains about the policy violation. I took it a step further, and used MDM+ to Reset Passcode, this time giving it a strong password. The violation remains. According to MDM+, no Passcode is enabled. I have to put

Corporate wipe not working
There is no corporate wipe. After clicking the corporate wipe, the device goes into a Device Unmanaged status. And remarks Corporate wipe succeeded. All the settings remain on the device itself, the MDM settings are not reset. In MDM it is indicated that the device is controlled and synchronized. Previously, when Corporate wipe, all the data was collected and, when entering MDM, requested new data for registration.
