I've created a script that I'm using to create a group, a profile, add a payload to the profile and add it to the group, and now I'm getting URL_ROLLING_THROTTLE_EXCEEDED. If there is a limit to how many groups/profiles I can create, please let me know how long that throttle is active for, so I can sleep my script, or something to resolve this.
