Cannot remove CC'ed users without sending a reply and manually editing out the CC line
There should be a way to edit the CCed users on a ticket, similar to editing the owner of a ticket, editing the technician, etc. Having to hit reply, manually edit the CC line and then hit reply is a tedious and seemingly pointless task since the functionality to edit the ticket in many ways is already present.
With one email address, we cannot login to multiple organizations of Service Desk Plus Cloud.
With one email address, who has already joined to another organization cannot to join our organization. We cannot do what we can do in the other cloud service such as "Salesforce". We use it in communities to build an ecosystem with several companies. With each own one email address, we want to make "ServiceDeskPlus Cloud" available in various domains, regardless of the service usage in each company.

We have a log file (serverout_Date.txt) in our \eventlog\logs\ folder that is suspending server operations because it is filling the hard drive with huge amount of repeating errors. Is there a patch or fix for this?
Problem getting resolution of request using API
Hi, All I'm integrating our servicedesk plus with out internal product using API and working in Python. I successfully got details of a response, uploaded attachment to a request using API but I ain't able to "GET" resolution of a request. Worklog timer bug with incorrect start and end time and duration time
Hi, I run worklog timer and after one minute, click on "Add Worklog" then open new worklog form and set start and end time correctly as automatically but in this step duration time is incorrect. Unable to add macOS packages
Hello, I am unable to add a package for deployment in the network. The package is Google Chrome for Mac on macOS platform. As the below screenshot says, I am able to search the package, find it and populate the rest. Clicked on Create Package Automatically button and is presented with the Create Package pop up window where when I click on the Create Package button, nothing happens.

SDP - External login from WAN on MS-SQL DB
Hello Guys, I just recently migrate from Postgres to MSSQL (all was working great in Postgres), but after migration I can only login from my LAN. WAN access shows the login page but when any user tries to Login a "Username or Password is incorrect" error message appears. I already config all the FW port permissions (Telnet to port 1433 is responding on Public IP) but the issue persists. I appreciate your help. Regards, Andres.

High CPU & memory usage of Desktop Central agent
Hi, I just updated to build 10.0.475 from 10.0.450 last week, and some of the DC agent installed servers and PC facing high CPU and memory usage. Patch database proxy server settings
I am not able to change the Proxy settings for the Patch database. It is set to "No Connection to the Internet" and when I change it to "Direct Connection to the internet" The SAVE button does nothing. Any help with this would be appreciated.

Issue with query reports after upgrade to biuld 11108
we are having issue with query reports, after upgrade from build 9330 to 11108 the already configured query reports stopped working. Our lot of work is dependent of these query reports and the reports are configured in daily scheduled for management decisions. Now our management is asking for daily reports and we are not having any fix/resolution of this issue from service desk support. we are really stuck!!!

Profiles not upgrading and some are not even downloading after days
Is anyone having issues with profiles not loading or updating when tablets come online? I have some that are waiting days and still nothing? Also randomly, old deleted restrictions suddenly appear on the tablets and today, a message come up o one to install Microsoft teams and It isn't even provisioned on the tablets! Has anyone run into this? I have a custom script that I've written to set the description to a series of variables pulled from field values in the Service Catalog. Hi, We're having a problem with request collabortation. The collaboration notification shows technicians that haven't been looking at the specific request for days. I even created a new test technician account, opened up a request, navigated to another request and then logged out. Creo que se debe instalar con algo que se llama así como produckey y no tengo la más mínima idea de como utilizar ese archivo, según recuerdo esta debe ser instalada mediante comandos. Failed upgrade from 11106 to 11108
Hello, the upgrade failed, 11106 to 11108 and or desk is down. I followed the directions and service desk service is stopped and I started the restore from a backup I took just before we started to upgrade. It's taking a very long time. Our backup has 18 parts. Would it be better to just delete the application, download the version we had 11106, apply our license and then restore? I'm not sure which is the new install file...see attached file...I think its the one from the red arrow. I have a support
