Server unreachable, right now!
I have set up the force enrollment script as detailed in the documentation. However when I log on as a user that has Force Enrollment applied to their policy, I get a popup message box that says "Server unreachable, right now! Firewall is off on both server and workstation. I am able to get to the web console from the workstation with no problems.
Cannot see PO associated assets.
Hi We're having an issue where a certain technician account cannot see a PO's associated assets, the table appears blank. We can search for the asset and see the link to the PO is present and other accounts do not experience this? Issue with SDP Patch 9.0.14
After updating to 9.0.14 the SDP webpage would not load. A white screen would only show. We're reverting to a checkpoint on the VM to restore functionality with 9.0.12 installed. Will work with support once I patch again and give log files.

New installation with MS SQL Express 2012
Trying to move the whole setup to a new server. Old build is 8208. New server with Win2012R2. Setup MSSQL Express 2012 with default settings. Created SQL user (ServiceDeskPlus) with sysadmin role. Did not create any database. Did go through the whole setup with the regular parameters. No error messages. However, when finishing the installation and going to http://localhost, nothing shows up. Problems with Internet Explorer not showing up in Inventory
We've been running Desktop Central 8 (80354) for about three days, and I just noticed that our Inventory - Software (and Inventory Reports) are no longer showing Internet Explorer on nearly all of our Win 7 (x64) workstations. This includes IE v9, IE v10, and IE v11 (all x64). Under Patch Mgmt, IE is still showing up as installed on workstations, so this only seems to be impacting the Inventory area. Issue when moving SDP to new server.
I have installed and patched SDP on a new server. Performed a backup on the old server and restored to new server. Now the new server will not start. Also, the old server will not start anymore. Problem with restoring data
Hi, recently I had to move my SD+ between computers, so I backed up all data (did a full backup by backUpData). It has created the folder with two .data files. After restoring them on the other computer, the login page doesn't appear, but strange characters: Restore process is shown below: On both computers there is SD+ build 9017 with MySQL database. Hi, I'm running version 11.2 and i have noticed that I cannot modify the thresholds of a monitor from the Dashboard of a device. When trying to save, i get a message to "Enter the SNMP OID". This is happening for SNMP as well as for WMI monitors. The workaround is to apply that change through device templates, but sometimes the change needs to happen on a specific device and not on all. MDM iOS enterprise application creation and distribution.
I have an enterprise iOS app which I have successfully created and pushed out to the app catalog on the iPhone. I used th procedure described to retrieve the BundleID and application icons. When I attempt to install the application, the following error displays on the iPhone: Unable to Download App. "Launcher_global" could not be downloaded at this time. Upgrade from DTC 8 to 9
We are currently using DTC 8 and I applied all of the patches through build 90046. When log into Desktop Central after the upgrade it still shows that I am on the original build as well as still on version 8. As of now it says I am still on build 80260. This is a screenshot of the applied patches. What am I doing wrong? This is the first time I have had to upgrade this software.

ServiceDesk Agent - Computer isn't sending information
ServiceDesk Agent - Computer isn't sending information to our servicedesk. It works fine on some computers but i've noticed we've got some HP Laptops that have come in and it scans for the information on the computer itself, picks it up and seems to send it, however Servicedesk either doesn't receive it or won't accept it for some reason. OpManager 11300 and UPS battery low
Hello. We just upgraded to build 11300 today, and after that we got alarms from both of our monitored Powerware UPS devices. The message says "UPS battery is low". Still, both batteries are charged at 100%, so there must be something wrong with OpManager. No issues with build 11200.

Hi All, Just wanted to report a error, we have upgraded to version 9.0.9016 of SD Plus when we close - completed an emergency change request we are getting the error saying. "Change cannot be closed, The following fields should be filled Backout, Plan, Roll Out Plan, Impact" The emergency change request template has grayed out the option to add the required information. Is there a way to bypass this rule for emergency change requests.

Signature insertion not occuring after updates applied

Hi I am trying to set up Desktop Central v9, MDM I have created and published a simple windows phone 8.1 policy, and associated it to the windows phone corporate group. Inventory summary not up to date
Hi, I have noticed an issue over the last few days that the inventory summary will not update. I click generate summary, and it says it is successful. Unfortunately, after refreshing the error is still there. Computers still have old software in their inventory. It appears to update newly added software.
Custom Static User Group not shown in list of available target groups?
Hello, We have DC8 and I've created a Custom Static Group of users successfully and it shows in the list of Custom Groups in the Admin area where I created it, but when I am modifying my configuration and attempting to target this group and select domain\custom group\browse, my Custom Static User Group does NOT show in the list for me to select. I have done this successfully at least once, but have tried several other times and have not been able to get my Custom Group to show in the available list

Please need help, 3 days ago when I tried logging into service desk, I noticed that the drop down for which you select the domain your userID belongs to was missing, tried clearing cookies, and restarting by it didn't fix it. hi all, I use SDP 8.2 and OPmanager 11.1 on my network and I’m in the process of integrating these two services. I’ve setup the mail server part successfully and both SDP and OP are able to communicate to the server. My problem lies into the Add-On/Products settings. When I test the connection between the two from OP\Admin\ Add-On/Products, I get “Unable connect to SDP: Invalid Username and Password”.
