EMAIL ISSUE: NEW REQUEST CREATED WHILE REPLYING TO THE EXISTING REQUEST ID
Hi, While the customer replies back for the first time, the email gets appended to the same request ID.However, when he replied for the second time (without changing the subject field) it creates a new request. Therefore we are unable to keep track of emails with respect to the Request ID.
"Internal Server Error while processing this request" error on new WMI monitor
I've configured a new monitor to check service uptime via WMI but after updating/applying the threshold values I keep getting the error message "Internal Server Error while processing this request." I can get a (correct) value returned when I test the monitor.
Email address length
I'm using ADSelfService Plus, or at least trying to get it set up correctly and rolled out to all users, but the email address (E-Mail Id) used for sending verification codes for authentication seems to be limited to 28 characters. Most of my users have email addresses longer than this so their email address is being shortened and obviously emails won't send. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
PMP Bookmarket less functional in latest version.

Scheduled Reports
Users with the 'Generate Reports' role are unable to see reports created by others. I have confirmed that the users are set up with the 'Impersonate as Admin' options and that all the reports are enabled (checked) in that role. Please advise as to what I could be missing or not have configured correctly.
Bug in Recent Items module
I'm using SDP Enterprise 9031. On the Recent Items module, the title gets chopped off which is understandable. However, when you hover over the title, the little popup that appears displays the same chopped off text. I assumed if I hovered over the link, I would see the full title--not just the chopped off portion. Is this a bug?
ManageEngine ServiceDesk does not started

Java corrupted after upgrade to 9800
Hi I just upgraded my netflow to build 9800, but now the netflow service won't run I browsed to the jre/bin folder and ran the java.exe from a command line, and get the message: Error occurred during initialization of VM java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: setErrorMode I tried to re-run the upgrade, but now the upgrademanager won't run, i guess its java based itself Server is Win2k8 64bit Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated

Some interfaces are missing in the compare reports
Hi there. My version is 9860 Proffessional oon 32bit windows server. Something wrong with compare reports. Some of the interfaces are becoming blank in the compare reports. I can get scheduled or profiled reports for that interfaces with no problem, i see the data, tables and graphs. But i need compare report for a bunch of interfaces on the same sheet. Compare report comes with blank tables of some interfaces. It looks like a software error. Thanks in advance for those helping.
MS SQL: User Reports on Dashboard
We setup ADSelfService with MSSQL and experience a problem with user reports. 1) The section "User Reports" on the "Dashboard" tab is empty "no Reports Available" 2) On the "Reports" tab none of "User Reports" works (Locked Out Users, Soon-to-Expire...). It starts listing the users - we can see the user names for a few seconds when the report is generated, but at the end of generating the view is cleaned "no reports available".

Hi I am trying to create some reply templates, when I press Save or Save and Add New nothing happens. I have created templates in the past with no problem. I have also tried editing templates and am having the same problem. I have updated to 9.0 Build 9029 and am using IE 11 When using Firefox the problem disappears! Stuart

Desktop central - alert for hardware change
Hi, I m testing Desktop central and found something that is a problem for me, Problem with this alarm is that when somebody for example turn off/on monitor with usb/card hub inside monitor I got 5-6 mails of alert that new hardware is found. I like this alert and I would like to use it for memory/HD/graph. cards change (big changes) but like this I cant enable it because its spam my mailbox. do you have plans for fixing ? thnx, P.S. Prohibited Software List
I want to remove a piece of software that was added to the prohibited software list. When I look at the list I am not able to see that software name in the list any where. Where would it have gone and how do I see it again? Any help would be appreciated?

I have recently tried to update from version 90039 to version 90067 as I noticed during the logon process that an update was available. However, after downloading the ppm and following the update process I cannot get the update to install. No errors show and all the services start back up without any indication of what the problem is.
Unable to upgrade
Hi, when performing an OPManager upgrade from version 11.2 to 11.3 or 11.4 I get an error (see attachment). OPManager DB is on MSSQL. On the same server I could update ServiceDesk to the latest build without problems. Any idea why? Thanks Simeone

New false positive for patch 100672 (MSWU-1150) on Win 7 SP1 and MS Office 2010
It looks like patch 100672 (MSWU-1150) was released on December 8th. All of our Win 7 SP-1 / Office 2010 workstations had been showing that it was installed or not needed. Suddenly this morning we have 68 machines (out of a total 180+) that are showing that they require the patch. On one of the affected machines, I tried manually installing the patch and was told it didn't apply to the system in question. Anyone else notice this behavior today? Thanks.
Can’t connect with MS SQL DB.
Hi, I have installed PMP and configured MS SQL to use SSL Certificate. Then I changed DB with ChangeDB.bat Script to use MS SQL with Windows authentication. The DB was created but PMP will not start. The LOGs shows. (java.sql.SQLException: Cannot open database "PassTrix" requested by the login. The login failed.)
Error when submitting Help Desk request from client
When our users try to submit requests from the DC agent to our ServiceDesk software, they receive a "your request could not be sent" message. In the TO: address field it says Help Desk, but I never could find the way to specify the ServiceDesk email account. Is there a place that all of this gets set? I know that mail works on DC, because I get reports from it every day. Thanks, Dave

Hey Everyone, I am evaluating NetFlow Analyzer in conjunction with a Fortigate setup in order to track the bandwidth usage on both the upload and download of each port of the Fortigate. I have enabled Netflow support on the fortigate inline with the documentation on your site and NetFlow Analyzer has been very accurate in tracking the download usage (ie IN traffic) but no OUT traffic has been registered whatsoever. Declined Patches still showing up
Since version 9 has come out, all the applications that i have set up to decline patches have started to show up as needed patches for the clients. Is there some feature or option im missing to stop these patches? Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks in advance.
Problem with fetching mail
I don't know why my post was I quess deleted. So from the beginning. I made installation of SD Plus v9.0. But I had to make reinstallation. Before I did I had working properly e-mail settings. Technicians Adding Tasks to Approved Tickets
Is there a way to stop a technician from adding tasks to tickets that are not assigned to them? Issue is that once a ticket is approved, tasks are being added after the approval for access that has not been approved. This has happened twice this week and business rules are not working and I do not see the option under Roles unless I take all access away to create a task.

Asset status localization problem
Hi, We have SD+ 9.0.9029 setup on PostgreSQL - Enterprise license. We use Polish language. We have problem with asset status localization - "In Store/In Use etc.". It is displayed in English even if Polish language is chosen in user interface. I've checked the translation in ApplicationResources_pl.properties file and it is present (sdp.asset.resourcestate.XXX values) but not used by the system.
