Opmanager workflow error log a ticket or email

Opmanager workflow error log a ticket or email

Hello
 
I need some help, i have an OPManager server in linux that is monotoring about 1000 devices.
The workflow work fine until the part where i want to log a ticket or send an email to someone.
Everytime i try to do the log ticket in SDP or email it fails:
 
Here is an example:

1. Ping Device

4. Add a Time Delay
This workflow has been delayed for 5 seconds.
 

5. Ping Device

6. Ping Device
Ping output : PING 10.184.0.20 (10.184.0.20) 32(60) bytes of data.

40 bytes from 10.184.0.20: icmp_seq=2 ttl=59 time=16.0 ms
