Error when submitting Help Desk request from client
When our users try to submit requests from the DC agent to our ServiceDesk software, they receive a "your request could not be sent" message. In the TO: address field it says Help Desk, but I never could find the way to specify the ServiceDesk email account. Is there a place that all of this gets set? I know that mail works on DC, because I get reports from it every day.
