EMAIL ISSUE: NEW REQUEST CREATED WHILE REPLYING TO THE EXISTING REQUEST ID

Hi,

While the customer replies back for the first time, the email gets appended to the same request ID.However, when he replied for the second time (without changing the subject field) it creates a new request. 

Therefore we are unable to keep track of emails with respect to  the Request ID.
