Firefox 39 refusing to connect to web admin
Starting with 39 version Firefox has removed support for SSL3. IE11 did this in April. Soon there will be no modern browser to connect to EvLA management panel. I'm connecting with IE9 for now, but soon we might upgrade to IE11. Are the plans to update security of EvLA to use TLS? Can i somehow disable SSL and connect via plain http to the management panel?

Hi all, Is anyone able to get manual login prompt authentication to work while having single-sign on functioning? We have SSO working on IE which required an edit to an iis config file to bring SSO to the top of the list. Then, when using Google Chrome to try to authenticate, it does not accept the login and only produces an event log entry that does not show a domain.

Problems Updating Secutiry Que & Ans from IE
Hello ADSelfService, IE is a commonly used browser in our environment, and in the majority of cases, some users are restricted to use other browsers to access the network where our ADSelfService Server is installed, whitch makes IE a very important browser for this tipe of users. We noticed that users aren't being able to update their Security Q&A from IE, but in turn, if an other browser is used (i.e FireFox) they manage to update the Q&A. SNMP VLAN Issue
I am having an issue with OpUtils v7.0. The problem is in the switch port mapper it will display connected MAC, IP Address, and DNS name only for the default VLAN. Any device connected to a different VLAN it will only show what VLAN it is connected to, but nothing else. It is a Juniper ex4200 switch and like I said the default VLAN has all of the info, but the ports assigned to the other vlans only show the vlan ID and the name of the VLAN, no IP info or MAC info. Firefox 39 and Opmanager not working
This morning I got the firefox 39 update and we can no longer access Opmanager with Firefox. We use SSL only and it appears that Firefox has disabled RC4 which is still used by Opmanager. Has anyone else had this problem and what is the fix?
Solution editor formatting does not remain once solution is published
I try to spend a lot of time making solutions very easily digestible for end users, and include screenshots whenever possible. Since the editor was upgraded a few builds back (currently on 9100), I've noticed that the formatting is ignored when it's displayed in it's "published" form. Scheduled Activities Not Working
Hi - I've raised this problem via the SDP support portal but they've been unable to fix so I thought I'd try the wider community. I have been testing an upgrade to SDP but have come across a couple of problems: 1. The scheduled activities have stopped working so, for example, backups don't run, preventative maintenance tasks don't run, search indexes don't update. I can see when looking at the Support tab > ServiceDesk Application Status Check > Scheduled Activities that the activities are enabled

Java is running over 100% CPU
Yes, not a typo. Java uses 180% somehow according to 'top' on Linux. This started to happen a week ago. I haven't touched OpManager in atleast a month so I'm curious why this started to happen. Is there something wrong with the database perhaps? I attached some screenshots. GINA/Mac Installer not usable after product upgrade
I upgraded from build 5206 to 5302 this weekend and now I have lost the ability to use all the tabs in the GINA/Mac Installation section. When I click on them, I get the message "Sorry, the page you requested was not found. Back | Sign Out". See attached for screenshot.
Modify user not working
I have recently had to reinstall ADManager Plus from scratch. I downloaded version 6.3.0 and when I was setting up technicians in the console I ran into an issue when attempting to modify a user. It doesn't let me edit any users I just receive the attached message in the browser. I don't have multiple tabs open. The only work around I have found is to delete the user completely and add them back with the changes I needed to make. I have attached a screen snip of the message received.

Bond interface high traffic is lost
We have noticed that on all our servers with an 8Gbps bond interface when traffic exceeds 1.0-.12 Gbps traffic data is lost and not displayed. Reducing the polling interval reduces the problem but still traffic counters are lost and in any case this is not recommended. See image below. Can you suggest a solution to this problem. HTML Emails
When I select to send the emails from ADSelfService Plus in HTML the line breaks do not come through propertly. The email is sent as one running line that just wraps in the users email client window. Is there something else that needs to be done in order for the email layout to carry through when HTML is chosen? Thank you!

If the users can't change the description in a service catalog request, the user cant use it
1. If I add a service in Service Catalog, it's not possible to uncheck the option "Requester can View" for the Description field. It's grayed out. Is it there anything I can do, to uncheck it ? 2. If I uncheck "Requester can Set", the requester will not see it, when he opens the Service request. However, he can not add the request.
