PostgreSQL stopping due to Antivirus
We seem to be having issues with Desktop Central stopping quite regularly, we've spoken to the support a number of times on this and we seem to get the same response each time of kill of any postgres,exe processes and restart. Patch Management Isssue With Desktop Central.
Hi, We have IT Setup of 150 System include desktop & Laptops. All Desktop are connected AD, while laptop are part of workgroup. Earlier we use wsus for patch management without any issue. Then we shifted to desktop Central for Windows & Third Party Product Patch Management. Now, the issue is ever since we shifted to Desktop Central, we are facing lots of issue pertaining Updates. Problem in Configuring Windows Monitors...
Hi Team, In regard to configuring the Windows Monitor for some of our clients i am only facing issues only in specific to Windows Monitors. Even though the User name and Password is correct, gives me a error "failed. Incorrect User name and Password" and Some times "RFC server error". But i am able to login to the servers with the same User Name and Password successfully. The troubleshooting steps for WMI through Winmgmt are not successfully either. Appreciate your help. When I try to login to the Android application using my domain login I receive the below error: Login Failed. It seems that with every version update it introduces new issues with Firefox. Connection with servers lost after local admin password change

We have recently changed local admin passwords and updated accordingly in EvLA management panel. We are using EventLog Analyzer 7.0.0.7000. We have only 25 licenses. Recently additional servers have been added and we have exceeded the limit (warning message was showing every time logging into web console). Notification Problem?
Our notifications are set to not update users when their request is assigned to a technician but to notify them when their request is updated. Apparently the system treats the assignment of the request to a tech as an update, so the user gets an update notification when their request is assigned to a technician. Unfortunately, assigning a request does not really change anything or add any useful information to it, so when the user then checks on the request to see how it was updated (ie. what work

Problem creating backup and upgrading

Upgraded to 9236 and Did not get changes to UI
We have two installations of SD one in Prod and one in a Test domain. We had upgraded successfully the one in test. It has the new ui and features. It is at 9234. We upgraded Prod to 9236 and did not get any of the new UI or features. Thanks Chris

Hi we use remote desktop to manage patches. Today 22 Dec 2016 I found for my servers following patch Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 on Windows 8.1, Windows RT 8.1, and Windows Server 2012 R2 (KB3098785) as missing while still yesterday all scan not showed it. Strange UI after upgrading to the latest version

Cost center field in purchase order template removed cost center number after 9233 patch
Am I the only one with this issue? After the upgrade to patch 9233, the cost center field in purchase order no longer shows the cost center number, instead it shows the cost center name associated to that number which is not good for me as I need to see the number.
Mail fetching issues due to CA cert issues
Hi - we had a problem last night with mail fetching. When we went to stop and start mail fetching we noticed that it was due to certificate errors. We notice that the existing server cert it's self runs from October 2015 to October 2017. It seems that the intermediate certification authority (CA) or even the trusted root CA had expired and SDP only had this CA in the local CA store. MSP mobile app doesn't work with custom Ticket-lists
Hello Support-team, we tried the MSP app today (both android and ios) and we noticed that the custom filters do not work properly. I made a Filter to show me all of my non-closed tickets and those tickets which are not assigned to any technican. The Filter shows me only those tickets which are not assigned. After Upgrading from version 11.6 to 12.2 one of the probes is complaining about expiring license. One of the probes upgraded successfully, it worked initially, but after a reboot was no longer able to launch. Ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the probe and that works however now it claims it will expire in 29 days.
Technician Unable to see all tickets assigned in Queue/Group
I have an issue reported that I have been able to verify but do not know how to correct. A technician with the exact same role as everyone else in his queue/group is no longer seeing all tickets in the Request Group View. If he does an advanced search and looks for open tickets in that = his queue and are pending they appear; they all do not show up in his "My Pending" view even though they are assigned to him. Out of 6 tickets he has assigned only 2 are visible from these views if he creates a custom

Hi, We have one Active Directory Domain and we have some Coworkers (another companies in our office who rent workplaces) which have user accounts in our AD Domain (for access to our service systems). In the SDP MSP is their AD user accounts must be mapped to a separate Account. But, I can't add domain to their Account, I get error message "FAILURE :Domain with the same name already. I try to call so many times No one ever pick up the phone always go on message and left around 20 plus message in last 3 weeks not a single call back . Login Name for AD users that were imported
I need to have the login name for imported AD users to accept the UPN and the email address both and link to the same requester. Currently, you can authenticate with the email as the login name but it doesnt link to the same requester as UPN and creates a second requester.
Service won't start
Hello, I did an upgrade to EXC Reporter Plus to version 5.1.6 and then i wanted to upgrade to the last version 5.1.7 , but i got an error witch you can see. I wanted to return to previous version, but I am geting an error that update was corruptued, did restore of backup I made before update, but service wont start at all, well it starts for 10 seconds then it stops. Dear all, We have activated on behalf of functionality with parameter set to department, and identified that users cannot see any other colleagues in their department, even if several users belong to the same Department from the AD extract. It's simply blank, and changing department name in the CI tab doesn't do the trick. Another question I have is if the Managers of a department are also included. Unable to view the phone number
Hello, I'm unable to view the phone number of the phones from the Desktop Central server. I only see the error message 'phone number is not detected'. I've read the KB article. The status displayed is the phone number of the phone. This is a very important feature, any ideas?
