Connection with servers lost after host server reboot

We are using EventLog Analyzer 7.0.0.7000. We have only 25 licenses. Recently additional servers have been added and we have exceeded the limit (warning message was showing every time logging into web console). I have removed a few servers, so we are now back to 25 licenses in use. And everything is fine until i restart the server which is hosting EventLog Analyzer (virtual Windows Server 2003 R2 32-bit, this server btw is also connected to the EventLog Analyzer). After a reboot if i open web console 2 servers a showing with the red icons, saying that there is no connection with them. It is always the same servers. When we were exceeding license number 3 other servers were showing with red icons after a host reboot. I thought it was a limitation against illegal license use. But now we have only 25 machines connected to the system and everything should be fine. It works ok for a while if i don't reboot the host. Another side effect is that in an hour after the host restart we are starting to see a constant attempts to lock our domain administrator's account, attempts are coming from that Windows Server 2003 host with EventLog Analyzer. So it is somehow related, though domain administrator is only used to add our DC machine to the log system and i didn't use it during the EventLog Analyzer installation.
