Web Remote Connection not working
We just upgraded to 9323 to try out the new Web Remote Connection feature. Whenever we launch it, we get an error: FAILURE: General failure while performing the operation. Any ideas of what is causing, or how to troubleshoot? Thanks.

"Show Password" in Firefox
Hello all, I've seen the "Show Password" feature both work and not work in different copies of Firefox. (When it doesn't work, PMP just continues to display asterisks instead of displaying the password.) Adding Owner to a Solution (comments disappear)
When entering a solution, the comments are disappearing. I've tried both just a Save and a Save and Approve. In either case, whatever is typed in the comments is gone when I edit the solution again. They show in the history, shouldn't they stay in the comments section as well? if not, can I add a small notes section or a field? I'm trying to assign the solution to an owner/group.
User Creation Template - Logon Name - Prevent Duplicate feature not working as needed
I'm working on trying to import a bulk batch of users via CS using the Bulk Import custom Creation Template. As part of this I'm creating Logon names for these users. AD doesn't don't allow for any duplicate logon names so I'm getting errors on some of my user creation attempts. Our naming convention is a standard "lastname_firstinitial" so Tom Jones becomes "Jones_T" If there is already a Jones_T, Tom would then become Jones_To. NOC View in 12.0 SP3 Is Worse
The NOC view in 12.0 SP3 shows less information now than SP2. Before we could see about 8 or so lines per window, now we see 3. The graphs are cut off at the bottom as well. Not sure why this isn't customizable.. Can we change it back somehow? We would really like to see 10 lines. On another note, it would be really nice to not have those dots show up in NOC view graphs as they reduce detail and don't do anything in NOC view.
Line breaks in Work Log Details are displayed incorrectly
After updating from Version 9.3.1 to 9.3.21 we have a problem with all Work Log Details under Request -> Tasks In the Work log Details overview the line breaks are displayed as "<br /><br />" and thereby all the text is shown in one single line. Someone else has ancountered this problem ?

Problem with GSM Modem
Hi, I have a problem with GSM Modem. Every 10-15 minuets when I try to send test SMS message I see error "SMS Sending failed because of Invalid Modem gateway". When I connect to modem via hyper terminal or SiMoCo modem works fine. How I can resolve this issue? Regards, Anton
Our WAN Circuit changed along with public IP - Can't figure out where to change WAN IP setting
We changed our WAN provider, and the IP address on our WAN circuit has changed. DesktopCentral is still looking for the old WAN IP address, even though I have updated our FQDN for the server on public DNS. The 'DC Server Sec IP Address' setting is coming up incorrect in the troubleshooter. Does anyone know where this can be changed to point to our new correct WAN IP?
When editing asset - workstation model is lost

HelloWe noticed after upgrading from 9317 to 9320 and now we are on (9323) that "£" British pound sign is missing/replaced in the system by \A3. Its easy to notice under asset module where there is a cost associated with asset. Please find attached screenshots.
SQLServer2014-KB4019091-x64.exe keeps failing to install although Windows Update says it is not needed....
Desktop Central keeps telling me my server, port-svr-cfm needs the patch SQLServer2014-KB4019091-x64.exe, however, if you do a Windows Update scan on the server itself, it is not needed. If I try to install it on the server, it keeps failing with Unknown Error. Code : -2068643838. This is causing the server to stay in a Vulnerable state, making our reports for the month wrong. Hello everybody, I'm trying to migrate OpManager Build 11000 to the version Build 12300 into a new machine. Into the new version I'm trying to add some "Performance Monitors" and for some reason my new monitors don’t work. So, I want to delete my “Performance Monitors” that I’ve created but there is no way. How I can delete it? Another important point is that: if I try to edit my first monitor that I created (name is “DATAPROBE IN01”), in the edit box there is no data, no SNMP OID, etc… Any idea?

Issues with Internet Explorer and Firefox
Hello, we are using ServiceDesk Plus 9.3 Build 9309. Unfortunately, we have sometimes issues with Internet Explorer,Edge and Firefox. We tested everything with Chrome, too. There were no issues with Chrome. It’s the following behavior: Sometimes, it happen at rare intervals, if we try to add a note to a request or send a reply, nothing happen if we klick on „add“ or „send“. The same issue happen sometimes if we try to add an attachment. It seems there is an issue with additional windows in this browsers.
ADSelfservice Database is approaching 10GB.
We have been running ADSelfService for about a year now with 40K ad accounts and first started having problems with TLogs growing to 10+ GB which brought this app to my attention. We solved that problem but now 6 months later we are seeing the DB growing to almost 10GB. The worst offending table is [dbo].[AgentAuditActionResult] which has 30 million rows and seems to be currently growing about 1 million rows per day. I don't see any Utility within the software to purge tables.

Preventative Maintenance Task doesn't save
Hi I've been having various issues with preventative maintenance tasks recently, inparticular editing the schedule. We were closed for several weeks during the summer so I switched the tasks to a one off event. I'm now trying to switch the tasks back to a weekly schedule however the schedule seems to hang the server preventing picking up email or other issues. I have managed to edit 2 by stopping SDP and then starting it again, however the third one still doesn't seem to save the schedule even after
Request templates field options doesn't save settings
I' having issues saving changes in the catalog request templates I change the options, I click save = options aren't save I copy/duplicate a template = fields of the request form disappear or appear in a different position than the original. The same happens if I try to edit the default template for incidents in the helpdesk section This software is a disaster every day we encounter new bugs in any new feature we try to configure.

Hi! i'm trying to configure the asset management portion of Service Desk plus for our environment. Currently the Machines are in and working fine, but I've hit an issue regarding components! I want to input our stock of consumables yet when I'm import they want individual names for each component i.e Keyboard, keyboard1, keyboard2 this seems completely ridiculous I just want to keep a track of how many keyboards/mice etc we have in our store, am I missing something the documentation seems lacking

Hi team we have a problem with our DesktopCentral installation: the directory "sdp-inv-data" is growing 5GB a week. We had to increase the disk size a few times already. - Is this a normal behavior? - What is the purpose of this directory? Our version is 10.0.85 Can you please advise? Thank you

Windows XP Patch Deployment Fails
I am hoping someone can help me. After my most recent patch to 10.0.91, I can't seem to deploy patches to any of my Windows XP machines. I have no problem sending patches to my Windows 7 machines, only with the XP machines. In the console it sits at ready to execute indefinitely and if I drill into the execution status it sits at yet to apply. After I deploy the patches I want, if I go to that target XP machine, there is an error message on the screen as follows: dcconfig.exe - Entry Point Not

I raised to issues in the past for about 2 months and there is no response, i would like to get some advice how i can reach support in a different way. Automation has been "running" for 3 days
Hello, I am having an issue with an automation I created. It has run multiple times in the past without any issues, but recently it started skipping days. I attempted to run it manually on 8/28/17 and it has not completed still. I have tried running it manually every morning since then and receive the attached message.
