Our WAN Circuit changed along with public IP - Can't figure out where to change WAN IP setting

We changed our WAN provider, and the IP address on our WAN circuit has changed. DesktopCentral is still looking for the old WAN IP address, even though I have updated our FQDN for the server on public DNS. The 'DC Server Sec IP Address' setting is coming up incorrect in the troubleshooter. Does anyone know where this can be changed to point to our new correct WAN IP?
