Patch database proxy server settings
I am not able to change the Proxy settings for the Patch database. It is set to "No Connection to the Internet" and when I change it to "Direct Connection to the internet" The SAVE button does nothing. Any help with this would be appreciated.

New to Desktop Central - How to i manually add a Linux machine??
Hi Guys, New to Desktop Central, would like to ask how can i add RHEL machines using an IP or other methods? The adding of machines via Windows Domain SOM works fine, but these RHEL machines are standalones and not in any domain. Also, where could i manually get the RHEL agent? I click on "Download Agent", apparently its a windows .msi file. Thanks in advance!
Force Distribution server to re-sync
Morning, I was wondering if there is an easy way to force a single distribution server to perform a full re-sync? It appears that files located in "DesktopCentral_DistributionServer\replication\store" have been deleted by mistake. This produces an error of "File not available to download from server" on the target machine served by that distribution server. Regards

Profiles not upgrading and some are not even downloading after days
Is anyone having issues with profiles not loading or updating when tablets come online? I have some that are waiting days and still nothing? Also randomly, old deleted restrictions suddenly appear on the tablets and today, a message come up o one to install Microsoft teams and It isn't even provisioned on the tablets! Management console from internet
I was hoping to access my DC management console from the internet. I DO have a secure gateway server setup and have remote clients processing with no problems. My question is, when I try to go to https://mypublicdnsaddress:8443 (which I have validate is visible to the world), all I get is a white screen. Have I missed something or is this not the way Secure Gateway was intended? If that is the case, is there another way to securely expose my portal to have remote managment console access? SECURELY

Hello, We are now using Desktop Central Enterprise for asset management, patching, remote access, etc. We already have ServiceNow and I've been tasked with looking into integrations. It seems we can sync asset data from Desktop Central to ServiceNow. But, is it possible to automatically create CIs in ServiceNow with it? Shortcut creation problem
We are trying to create a few shortcuts to files and sites on users desktops and running into a problem. Under "Shortcut User" or "Shortcut Computer", when I go to "Target Application" and "Browse" I get an error whenever I click on a network. It says "The network cannot be reached" even though we are connected and have all our machines visible and working otherwise. Are there any troubleshooting steps to see why we would be getting this message? I don't get any type of connectivity error anywhere
Uploading a Dependancy file fails
I am trying to upload a dependacy file .exe 200MB and it fails. "Network Error" Tried other exe files and they get uploaded ok. This one in particular fails. Any ideas? is it the size? is it too big?

not enough disk space to download patch? But yes there is...
I am evaluating Desktop Central. I have a patch (1909_x64.exe, a Win10 update?) that has failed to install with the message that there is not enough disk space to download the patch... 10GB required. But I have 219GB available on my drive where Desktop Central is installed. I have also confirmed that the patch repository is on that local drive. I had the same message earlier on a different patch, but it installed after a client and server reboot. Any ideas?
Stuck on 'validating image creator components'
I'm not sure why this is happening as it was working. I'm trying to image a devices and it always gets stuck on validating image create components and fetching partition details regardless of the device. I've confirmed no FW and AV is disables seems to be something going on the DC server. Any thoughts or how to troubleshoot?
Patches Tab is blank in build 10.0.513
We have an issue where when looking at a Systems Details via System in Threats & Patches, the patches tab is blank. I know systems have patches installed and or missing but the tab is blank. Is this issue isolated to me? or do others have same issue? I've tried Chrome, IE and Firefox with same result.

Restrict server web access
Hi, To facilitate remote working, I have opened Desktop Central agent access to my organisation's VPN. However, I am concerned that this presents external users with a means to attempt to log in to the management console. I think it would be a good idea if there was a way to restrict access to the management console to specified IP addresses or subnets. Thanks!

Confusion over Product Numbers
I hate to admit it but I am totally confused as ManageEngine's product numbers. I am using the licensed version - currently 10.0.450. Reading the forum posts there are many references to problems existing in versions 10.0.466, 472, 473, 475, 476, 509, 510, and 511. The version that is being pushed right now is 10.0.478. Windows 10 Version Upgrades
Good Morning, i am working on a project to upgrade all of our Windows 10 versions to the current 1909. I am having a problem with some of the previous versions when I apply the configuration. I am getting error "Patch stored location is not available to download the patch from the server." This is happening on the local LAN and on the WAN but I have only investigated locally.
