Hello,
We have installed the 10.0.479 version of Desktop Central and this week we will update to 10.0.484. The issue is that we have "some failures" at the DS replication remarks. We have 8 Remote Offices, where 3 of them are good and we have at the "Remarks" field, the following message "Replication cycle finished successfully", but for the other 6 of them, we have another message "Replication cycle finished with some failures".
We try to understand what means this remark "Replication cycle finished with some failures" and what we need to do to have the "Replication cycle finished successfully" remark also for those 6 remote offices.
I'll write below some "ERROR" messages from the "dcdsreplication.log" file:
-----------------------------------------------------------------
* [ 22448 ] [ERROR] CheckFileExists -> Invalid File Handle. 3
* [ 22448 ] [ERROR] GetInternetRequestHandle: destination file is not present, hence if-modified-since header is not applied
* [ 22448 ] [ERROR] InternetGetRequestByBitrate : Response Header doesn't contain content-Encoding.
* [ 22448 ] [ERROR] InternetGetRequestByBitrate : Error in WriteFile --> 6
* [ 22448 ] [ERROR] Error Code : 6 , Error Message : The handle is invalid.
* [ 22448 ] [ERROR] Error Code : 6 , Error Message : The handle is invalid.
* [ 22448 ] [ERROR] DownloadAndInstallCertificate: Error while downloading the certificate file 6
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Also we have another file named "dcdsreplicationerror.log", for which I'll write some messages from it:
-----------------------------------------------------------------
* ReplicateAgentBinary :: Could n't read DSUpgradeFlag from Registry. Copying of DCDistributionServer.msi to agent// directory is not done
* No need to replicate further for this config, client-data\1\collections\1206
* No need to replicate further for this config, client-data\1\collections\1221
......
* ReplicateAgentBinary :: Could n't read DSUpgradeFlag from Registry. Copying of DCDistributionServer.msi to agent// directory is not done
.....
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Could you please help us to understand this behavior?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Regards,
Marius
