Managing floating licenses

I would like to somehow set, that if someone has that program installed, and does not have assigned a single seat license, it is possible, that he is using the floating license. Generate report with telephone field
Hello. I need to generate a report using Desktop Central that includes the "telephone" field in AD. I am using build version 10.0.83, and I can click on the Reports tab > User Reports > Active User Accounts and see a report of all users. However, when I try to customize the fields, all the phone-related fields are available EXCEPT the "telephone" field, which is where we populate most of our phone numbers. Is there a way to get that information on a report?
Desktop Central Client Service not running
We have recently upgraded a few computers to Windows 10 1703 and we find the Desktop Central service on the local PC does not load automatically on startup even if it is set on Auto startup. We are running version 10.0.5.

I am the only admin in Desktop Central, and have2-factor authentication enabled, but I've since lost my phone (actually, it got destroyed). I know my username & password, but can't seem to find any way to send myself a recovery email or replacement QR code. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Agent settings
I need some help with configuration settings for my Desktop Central agent and hoping someone here can help me out. I have a mixed environment in which we have a central office where users would be local to the DC server, for these users the Local office agent would be best. However, the majority of the staff works as consultants at other company's office buildings. Since we have no control over their environment we have determined that using the remote office agent would work best. 2 questions

Manage work from home users
I'm trying to figure out if Dekstop Central is a suitable solution for managing and providing support for users that work from home. What I most want to know is how to get the agent on a users computer if they are not on our network. I see there's options for remote office, but I don't know if this is what I'm looking for, since every user is on a different network, and not in one centralized off-site location. So what's the best way to install the agent on a computer outside of the office network?
Hostname in report URL for scheduled email reports
When receiving scheduled email reports established in desktop central with "Publish reports on the Desktop Central server and send the URL" selected, the link to the report within the email begins with the server's IP as opposed to the FQDN. As we are currently utilizing https with SSL certificates, this causes a certificate error when trying to access desktop central through the provided link. Is there a way to replace the IP in the generated report URL with the the FQDN of the server?
Desktop Central patch filters
Good Morning, Filters seemed to have stopped working in our Desktop Central instance after upgrading. Before, we could filter out patches based on OS and application, but now, those filters don't seem to work. The filters for "release Date" seem to work. If I set up a filter for updates on Server 2012 R2, I will receive updates for all Windows Operating systems. The same happens with applications like .Net updates. Anyone else having this issue? Software Metering Summary
We installed an agent on a Windows 7 system on May 5, 2017 10:43 AM. I had setup a software meter against Outlook.exe. Outlook.exe usage on this system is currently 43 days, 01 hours, 33 minutes. I'm not sure how Outlook.exe usage is > 43 days because the agent was installed 31 days ago. Version 10.0.87 How can this phenomenon be explained?

Delete alert for person no longer here
One of our employees had created an alert when certain software is installed. He has since left, and we recently disabled his email and now his reports are bouncing back to the helpdesk email account. I've looked though and been unable to find the report to delete it or direct it to a generic email address. I have a similar issue with ServiceDesk Plus, but will open another question in that forum as well. Any help is appreciated.

Remote Control - can no longer have two techs connected at the same time.
This feature used to work, now it brings up the screen and never fully connects. Is that feature still available and is there anything I can do to fix the problem? This happens across multiple browsers and computers. We are running Build Version:10.0.91 currently. I do have a support case opened currently but wanted to post here as well.
Adding Certificate from Microsoft CA

It gives me a .cer and .crt file When I import the .crt file it asks for a .key file. What do I need to do to get the .key file? Are there alternate instructions when using a Microsoft CA?

Generate patch summary 10.0.93
I just updated my server to 10.0.93 and notice that under the all system view. I noticed that when I refresh the page computers that were either scanned then patched that had missing patches or computer that were scanned and have missing patches just show up. As before if I refresh the page I would have to generate an patch summary to show the updated changes in missing patches. Any reason why I do not get this prompt anymore?
