According to Microsoft, Quality Rollups are cumulative, but Security Rollups are not. In Desktop Central, however, when I go to approve older rollups in order to catch up, they are greyed out and a tooltip advises that the update is disabled because it has been superseded. Does this mean that Desktop Central security rollups are cumulative after all?
