Upgrade to 11.4.2528.23 caused most remote laptops to go offline
We upgraded to on-prem Endpoint Central Enterprise Edition to Version11.4.2528.23 last week. Now most of out external laptops are now offline. Which URL should we be using for updates? I notice dramatical different versions and Readme's https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/service-packs.html

Unable to install 10.0.367 after applying "Quick Fix"
Trying to install the latest patch after applying the Quick Fix referenced here. I get a message stating "You are not allowed to install Hotfix/Service Pack as you have installed Quick Fix in setup. Please contact support for further assistance". What do I need to do in order to install the service pack?
Hotfix release notes
Please fix the releases notes for build 10.0.516 (https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/hotfix-readme1.html). This is a complete mess. Fixes are listed several times (e.g. point 5 and point 10 is the same fix). I also find it very confusing how this information is presented. For example, I am currently on build 10.0.479 and let's say I will upgrade to build 10.0.516: how can I see at a glance what the fixes are between these two builds, without having to sift through these notes?

Desktop Central 10 prior Hotfix
Are older hotfixes required for Desktop Central to continue to run correctly? For example, I am going to upgrade to Desktop Central 10.0.158, once the update is complete can older hotfixes such as Desktop Central 10.0.133 be uninstalled?
Inventory shows wrong software
Hi, Few days ago I installed a new sw on my workstation and uninstalled after 10 minutes, but it stuck in the inventory. The inventory scan not remove it either. Have you any idea what's causing the fault? How can I remove the wrong sw data? Regards, Ferenc

Hi y'all, I'm trying to apply service pack 9107 to a 9106 install of Desktop Central. I have always made a backup using backUpData.bat but this time that file is nowhere to be found on any drive throughout our entire 60 TB of files. I know this because being a fool, I searched anyways ... just in case I fell asleep at the mouse and inadvertently moved it or something. I even attempted to look inside all of the ManageEngine related archives .cab .exe and .ppm files kicking around but no dice. Easy
Can the Desktop Central moderator clean up the postings from bbanana?
I see a whole bunch of garbage postings from bbanana that are cluttering the Desktop Central forum. Can the moderator remove the duplicate postings and ask bbanana to quit spamming the forum? Thanks.
Desktop Central is unable to create/upgrade the agent
I'm getting this error in SOC: "Desktop Central is unable to create/upgrade the agent" I already added the folder to the antivirus exception. Earlier today it gave me this error then went away long enough for me to get about half the agents deployed. Now it came back with no changes.
Agent Not Reachable in Desktop central
We have recently migrated the ME-DC Server to a new computer, we verified the old http:\\oldserver:8383 its diverting to the http:\\newserver8383 however when we tried to scan the agents its showing Agent not reachable. I have check the KB and its mentioned to Add the Port 8027 to communicate with Agent. Can you please explain the steps to do ?
License Management configuration disappearing
I am working through the process of configuring the License Management section of DC8 (Inventory > Manage Licenses). I have successfully set up a number of software groups and then configured licences using those groups. My problem is that when I edit any of my software groups by adding a new software version and marking it as the 'major version', any licenses that were previously associated with that group disappear. The only fix seems to be creating a new license from scratch and re-configure everything.

Apply Desktop Wallpaper
I am trying to apply Desktop Wallpaper through Desktop Central using Display User Configuration Settings, I am using .jpg file and the size is 500KB. The desktop wallpaper is not getting applied. Is there any limitations related to file size or file type?
