DEX 30-day trial in Endpoint Central is not working
- We have an security edition of Endpoint Central active for some time now and wanted to try the DEX 30-day trial. We can not remember if we had tried it previously or not as it has been some time, we remember that it was visible on the menu bar and now it is not.
- We start by accessing via the "Admin" menu and pressing the "Get Started" button, we have tried both on "All Devices" and on a few specific systems and then select the "Enable 30-Day DEX Manager Trial" button.
- Once selected there is a greeting popup message "Enabled Successfully - DEX has been enabled successfully you will be redirected" then the popup window disappears and we are back in Endpoint Central as if nothing has happened, we have full administration privileges and no blocking points in relation to popups or site redirection yet it seems not to be working.
What we are suspecting is if the menu bar had DEX available long time ago perhaps the trial was active and now expired, if this is the case is there another way to get a trial period renewal or if not what could be the problem cause that we are facing.
