Free edition license change (25 anything to 5 servers and 20 endpoints)
I updated from 10.1.2138.13 to 10.1.2138.15 and saw the free license has changed. It would have been nice to know about this. I have been using a free license to test new version updates before we update our production system, this change now makes that

Postgres 100% CPU
I have what seems to be a somewhat common issue where Postgres takes 100% of the CPU. Restarting the whole machine seems to return it to normal for a while, but at some point it goes back to 100% and stays there. Windows 2016 VM (Vmware host) 8G RAM 2 CPU Charlie Harris
Problem Installing Hotfix - Process stalls when selecting "Browse"
Hi all, Is anyone else having an issue where the process of installing the latest hotfix stops completely (screen disappears) when "Browse" is selected to find the hotfix file? I have searched the internet and cannot seem to find an answer. Either I am the first or I just haven't searched hard enough. Thanks!
Web console reports using an older version when I have already upgraded
Hi, I just updated from 9.2.113 to 10.0.4, which seemed to go smoothly, but now every time I visit the web console it reports at the top: I'm already on the latest version I can find, and it happens on any machine/browser even those I have cleared the browser cache for. This is what the server reports: Any ideas how to get rid of the message? Cheers, Fernando
Bug: Registering Agents when over Licenses
We have version 92119. Last week we installed agents on 3 PC's. However we reached our licence limit so these devices never showed in the console. After we applied more licences, the PC's still did not show in the console, even after several reboots. We were able to install agents on other PC's and the came up in the console. The only way we could get the 3 PC's to show in the console was to repair the agent install. To summarise - agents will not register if you install when over your licence limit,

Windows 10 Support
Our organization is testing whether or not our clients are ready for upgrades to Windows 10. As we use Desktop Central on our servers with the agent on the machines, we want to make sure that future machines with Windows 10 are supported. If not, is there any rough time frame of official compatibility?
Scope of management OU synchronization problem
I am running Desktop Central v90033. I have configured SoM to scan Active Directory for new machines every morning and automatically install the agent. I have noticed that SoM is finding computers that are not in an OU that I have specifically included in the configuration. If I select a parent OU in SoM, is that supposed to find machines in any of the OUs beneath it? If not, this appears to be a bug in the software.
Testing Desktop Central... agent scanning fails. Error - Data storage error occurred while populating asset data. Scanning failed
I'm evaluating this product and have hit a bit of a roadblock. First I'll start by saying I do have a support ticket open for this issue but have yet to get a fix/resolution. I have Windows firewall disabled globally on my domain. I am able to successfully push the agent to client computers. When I initiate scan from the DC server I can view the agent on the client machine and the scan begins as expected. On the scan system screen on the DC server the error simply reads "Scanning Failed". On

Java 1.6.0.29 Patch Problem
DC Team, I am having a strange issue trying to utilize patch management to update my workstations from Java 1.6.0.26 to 1.6.0.29. No matter how I configure the upgrade, the end result is Desktop Central reporting the patch was applied successfully. However, the machines still still have only 1.6.0.26. I've tried with and without reboots. With and without the Zoho signed Java Helper. At start up. At refresh. With or without user intervention, etc, etc... Tried calling support, 2135 EDT,
