Turning OFF "Restrict users from Uninstalling the Agent from Control Panel. [Applicable only for Windows]" and "Restrict users from stopping Agent service [Applicable only for Windows]" does not work.

This is a global setting under Admin > Security Settings, and we used to enable this to enforce the Agent installation and service, but now we want to turn it off to allow some customers to stop the service if needed.  Changing the setting has had no effect on existing Agents and Agents from brand new Remote Offices (created after the setting was disabled).

In all cases the stop/restart options on the Agent Service remain unavailable in services.msc, as does the uninstallation option in Programs and Features..

MEDC Enterprise edition Version 10.0.603.  Agents are on a variety of Windows versions.
