Hi,

We recently upgraded our server build from 11.4.2534.01 to 11.4.2540.07 and that was successful. However, some of our agents started auto-upgrading to the latest version 11.4.2540.07 and now they are showing offline. The agents running the old version 11.4.2534.01 still shows online.

We've tried uninstall and re-installing the agent on a single device and it shows online for a few minutes before going offline.

Running the agent troubleshooter on the offline agents shows nothing wrong and that the agent is success in communicating with the server.

What is going on with this?
