Jira Cloud Integration with Endpoint Central On-Prem

I'm trying get the Jira integration setup with out On Prem Endpoint Central server. Our Jira instance is cloud based. I have the API key setup and it says our Jira URL is reachable. Based on the Endpoint Central documentation on the Jira integration, it says there should be a setting in Jira to point the app to our Endpoint Central Server URL, but that option is not there.
