I updated from 10.1.2138.13 to 10.1.2138.15 and saw the free license has changed. It would have been nice to know about this. I have been using a free license to test new version updates before we update our production system, this change now makes that much more difficult.

Is this something that is being tested, or is the new normal going forward?

Also how are these changes applied for paid licenses?
