Hello. We enjoy our ManageEngine products, all seven of them! This message is not meant to focus on any negativity but instead to hopefully accomplish one of two things, if not both: Allow ManageEngine to be aware of a potential issue and hopefully resolve it. Provide public feedback where these issues might already be getting addressed and provide those specific current and future details, processes, and improvements. Take consistant advantage of Microsoft AD
I would like to see all of your products take more advantage of Microsoft AD. I would assume that 99% of your customers, if not 100%, are utilizing AD in their environment. This typically means they are already taking advantage of Groups, OUs, Users, Sites & Services. Instead of utilizing ManageEngine Groups or grouping, take advantage of what the customer already has! This will save time and feel more natural for your clients. For example, leverage and support the following AD objects and items

We are happy to take a pitstop at New Jersey this year. If you haven't booked your seats to one of the most happening IT conferences by ManageEngine, there is still time. So, reserve your seat now! We chose New Jersey as the venue this year for the following reasons: because it is home to the first brewery in the US it is the leading producer of blueberry it is the city with the lowest population density and has the most diners in the world :) What do these reasons have to do with picking a venue?
