One request put forth by many of our users is  easy navigation across different product forums. Our latest update caters to the same. Please refresh your browser and check the left panel. What you see is a solution based categorization of various ManageEngine product forums. For example, the Help Desk solution includes the product forums of ServiceDesk Plus, ServiceDesk Plus OnDemand, SupportCenter Plus and Asset Explorer. The IT Security solution includes the product forums of EventLog Analyzer, PasswordManager Pro, Firewall Analyzer, AD Audit Plus and KeyManager Plus. Similar grouping can be seen across all the solutions.
