Servicepak Webpage is'nt updated
I you look at the webpage for Servicepak to Appl. Mgr (https://www.manageengine.com/products/applications_manager/service-packs.html). The newest release are build #13450. But if you look at the release notes webpage (https://www.manageengine.com/products/applications_manager/release-notes.html), can you see (but not download) a Servicepak build #13610 So why is the pages not in sync ?
how to report hung state windows server
Hello Guys, We are using manage engine it 360 10500 build. we have a scenario In which windows server was reachable ( ping and telnet successfull) but the the server was in hung state. Tool generated a authentication failed alert as WMI was not happening due to hung state. but the server availability was green as server was reachable . so wanted to know is there any way we can identify a server in hung state and generate a alert showing the server is in hung state??? IIS Application Pool monitoring
I need to setup a monitor for IIS Application Pools in IIS 10 on Windows Server 2016. I have setup the IIS monitor, it monitors the websites fine. But it shows none of the Application Pools, only directing me to a troubleshooting article. I have verified that everything is setup correctly according to the troubleshooting article but I still can't get Application Manager to show any IIS Application Pools. Is this a feature that is available only in a specific version or something like that? I was

AppManager & OpenStack monitoring
Hi, we want to monitor OpenStack with openstack api in appmanager. We have user in openstack which has all priviliges to everything. It connects right to OpenStack APi on port 5000 and shows availability of openstack but there is no info about instances, images or services. OpenStack version is Pike. Can anybody tell me what's wrong with it? Thanks.

Hi all, We have Application Manager 13. Problem is no data available on CPU and Disk partititon on some windows monitor. I run cpucore.vbs and disk.vbs scripts and results are attached. Hi, I have few monitors for long time, a couple weeks ago I grouped it to a new group and now I want to create availability report for last year. However, report shows info only from date when the group was created. It is possible to create some report which shows availability info from few monitors?
Actions to send messages to Sprint & Verizon Phones Stopped
My actions are set-up as an "e-mail" to xxxxxxxxxx@@messaging.sprintpcs.com as well as xxxxxxxxxx@vtext.com I have never had issues, alerts would go out perfectly. But now, as of about a month ago the actions can no longer send alerts to Sprint or Verizon, it just stopped working. Does anyone else have this issue?

Hello, How can we retrieve a list of the monitor groups and subgroup created (ID, Name). Same question for monitors (ID, Name, Type, MonitorGroupsID)? Detect anomalies in your application performance
The dictionary definition of an anomaly goes something like this- Anything that deviates from what is standard, normal, or expected. Anomalies in IT usually point to something that needs our immediate attention. For example, 2 continuous failed login attempts on a business critical server might be normal, but 10 continuous failed attempts is an anomaly. Alarm "blackout"
Is it possible to have alarm "blackouts" i.e. the alarm does not get triggered/raised during certain times? For exxmple, we have a CPU usage alarm on a server which works fine, but every night when the server is backed up between 10:00 and 11:00, the CPU usage triggers the alarm. It would be good if we could blackout the alarm during this time as we know the reason for the high usage, but have it trigger at all other times. Is this possible?

Can I change downtime to scheduled maintenance after the fact?
If an administrator doesn't create a scheduled maintenance window and Applications Manager records the outage as downtime, can we change that to scheduled maintenance later? I don't see a way to do that, as I can't create a maintenance window in the past. If we are going to use Applications Manager to report downtime, we need a way to do this or the availability numbers will be incorrect. I did see that I can delete a downtime record, but I just want to be able to mark it as scheduled/planned instead

REST API - how to retrieve/create Web Service monitor and linked operation
Hi, I'm currently taking over the management of the Applications Manager at my client, and would like to automate as much as possible the creation/update/review of the monitors. I've looked into the REST API and was able to easily add some monitor types (like Java Runtime), but haven't found a way to do the same with WebService monitoring. I can retrieve them, but I'm not sure how to create them, and more specifically how to add an operation to it, to allow a specific method check with body and validation
