API and Custom Fields
I'm new to Application Manager and was using the APIs to integrate with additional systems. One struggle I am having is figuring out how to retrieve the values Custom Fields assigned to a Monitor. Is this possible? I was thinking it would be similar to the tags API in Site24x7 does it, but can't find any documentation related to this.

Is there any option to set the custom field 'Configuration Item Id' through the API's ? We have almost everything in place for automatically updating Application Manager on AWS, but we need to fill this field (Configuration Item Id) or any other searchable field, with the instanceID of AWS.

HELP! auto generated e-mail triggered because error has occurred in AM / Error report mailadress change?
I am trying to figure out from where these emails are generated and how to edit them since they create alot of spam to the wrong mailbox, need to change where these Monitor Error mails are sent. I found something similar where "self monitoring" is mentioned, if this is the case where do i edit the notification profile for this? See image below for one of the error reports that are sent.
Application Manager server hostname change
Hi, I'm playing with free version of AM for testing purposes. On working installation, I've changed server hostname (that's server where AM is running on). Now I can't review older Event Viewer events because when I click on View Events for particular Alarm, it's linked to old server hostname. I've tried update*. bat in \bin\troubleshooting folder, but it didn't help me much. Is it possible to change this at all? Thank you.
APM Insight Trace History shown is limited
Hi All, When a issue occurred more than 1 hour ago and the number of traces taken are more than 50, how to review the 51+ traces Go to APM Insight > [node] > Traces apminsight/overview.do?method=showDetails&resourceId=10025027&parentId=10016899&scope=INSTANCE&twID=H#I/TR/10025027/TW=hD Or is there another way to query this raw data ? Hadoop monitor to a Kerberos cluster
I have a Cloudera cluster that is configured with Kerberos. How can I configure the Hadoop Monitor against that cluster when there is no place to enter a Keytab file, request a ticket? Can I assume from current functionality of the Hadoop Monitor that is doesn't support Hadoop clusters configured with Kerberos?

how to report hung state windows server
Hello Guys, We are using manage engine it 360 10500 build. we have a scenario In which windows server was reachable ( ping and telnet successfull) but the the server was in hung state. Tool generated a authentication failed alert as WMI was not happening due to hung state. but the server availability was green as server was reachable . so wanted to know is there any way we can identify a server in hung state and generate a alert showing the server is in hung state??? I need to setup a monitor for IIS Application Pools in IIS 10 on Windows Server 2016. I have setup the IIS monitor, it monitors the websites fine. But it shows none of the Application Pools, only directing me to a troubleshooting article. I have verified that everything is setup correctly according to the troubleshooting article but I still can't get Application Manager to show any IIS Application Pools. AppManager & OpenStack monitoring
Hi, we want to monitor OpenStack with openstack api in appmanager. We have user in openstack which has all priviliges to everything. It connects right to OpenStack APi on port 5000 and shows availability of openstack but there is no info about instances, images or services. OpenStack version is Pike. Can anybody tell me what's wrong with it? Thanks.

Hi all, We have Application Manager 13. Problem is no data available on CPU and Disk partititon on some windows monitor. I run cpucore.vbs and disk.vbs scripts and results are attached. Hi, I have few monitors for long time, a couple weeks ago I grouped it to a new group and now I want to create availability report for last year. However, report shows info only from date when the group was created. It is possible to create some report which shows availability info from few monitors?
Actions to send messages to Sprint & Verizon Phones Stopped
My actions are set-up as an "e-mail" to xxxxxxxxxx@@messaging.sprintpcs.com as well as xxxxxxxxxx@vtext.com I have never had issues, alerts would go out perfectly. But now, as of about a month ago the actions can no longer send alerts to Sprint or Verizon, it just stopped working. Does anyone else have this issue?
