App Manager: integration with Pagerduty?
We have a requirement to use Pagerduty to manage alerts. How do we integrate alert actions with Pagerduty? We currently raise tickets in Service Desk Plus from App Manager but now need to use Pagerduty instead to route and manage alerts prior to raising a ticket.
