Cannot configure Service Level on Application Manager
How I can configure the Service Level in Application Manager. I would like to see if the a service (group of monitors) has some problem only when the Average Availability is less than 99% (for example). Is it possible? Thanks, Roberto D.

Issue after upgrade AM to v.14782
Hi. I have problem with AM after upgrade to v. 14782 One of them is URL monitoring: The resource ХХХХХХХХХ is not available.SSL connection to the server failed. Reason: Peer not authenticated. AppManager won't start
After a reboot over the weekend to install windows patches, Applications Manager will not start. I can't see anything in the log files, and subsequent attempt to start the screen has stuck at "Initializing Server". Event log contains multiple entries from "Interactive Service detection stating "As device or application has requested attention. Device or application: C:\Program Files (x86)\ManageEngine\AppManager11\working\wrapper.exe. Message title C:\Program Files (x86)\ManageEngine\AppManager11\working\wrapper.exe."

Application Manager shows "No data available to generate graph" for windows 2003 CPU

Scheduling a report.
Hi .. We use application manager as a reporting tool and also to find the performance related issues in weblogic integration servers ( Clustered enviroment ) In the ManageEngine Application Mgnr 8, I have the default monitors which says about the health statistics etc for each managed server in the cluster. When I select the reports tab in the application, then select the proper monitor ( managed server here in select box ) i get all the statistics regarding that managed server...i.e Summary Report
appmanager truncating hostnames
We are running applications manager 8.6 (latest build). We experience the following problem: When adding a new remote host (eg. during the addition of a script monitor), if you enter a hostname that is (presumably) too long, it truncates the hostname - so thisisalongh.ostnamefor.com became "thisisalongh.ostnamefor.c".
database restore
I had to move one of my managed app manager installs to a new server due to a hardware crash. I installed the program, copied a backup of the AMDB folder & ran repairdb.bat, but the service won't stay started. Is there something else I need to do?
Execute Program Action is not working
I am using Applications Manager 8 installed on RHEL4. I have created a new action of Execute Program type. In the script there is some basic commands like echo, ls etc. But the script is not working. When I tried to manually execute it through button it showed "The action --- has been successfully executed", but actually nothing happened. is there any clue that I am missing?

Alerts not triggered in one particular group?
FYI! We use application Manager 9 - recently we received an issue, i.e when alerts are triggered all groups in adventnet are working fine, but in one group recently no alerts where triggered, we checked all options, all the alerts aree configured, but we did not receive alerts, how to debug this issue,pls let me know

Alarm configurations of Database Query Monitors lost
Hi, We regularly loose some alarm configurations of our Database Query Monitors (SQL Server queries). Unable to see all processes on Windows 2003 Server
Hi, On some servers I'm unable to monitor some processes (With a windows Monitor) Only a few processes are visible when selecting "Click to add process" in the monitor. Windows monitor - SNMP - Unable to fetch the active process list
Hi, We are trying to configure windows server monitor - through SNMP mode. We get the results for CPU, Memory, Disk utilizations correctly. But when we try to configure individual process we get the result that the "system is down." . Since i am new to application manger i could not find out the reason for this issue. script_message ignored in case of success in script monitors
Hi, I am using script monitors in application manager and using the ability to override availability and response time in the output file like described in the help. When I set it to failure, I see the script_message in the root cause analysis of my monitor, but I cannot find it when I set script_availability to success. Is that a feature ? Data not recorded in Script Monitor
Hi I now have lost 3 days of data on one of my script monitors. The output file is refreshed correctly with new data every time the monitor is run, but in Application Manager, only -NA- is displayed. And in last 7 days, the latest data is 3 days old. Help appreciated.
Duplicated Monitor Data
HI, I recently deleted a monitor information Apache, MySql, etc... and the name of the server/host was ABC123 for example. I reformat and reinstall that machine but now have a diferent hostname "ABC1" and I can added to the AppManage but when trying to add the other monitors such as Apache, MySql, etc.. Memory readings
HI, must off all my servers are linux Ubuntu server. I know that ubuntu use or is a memory hug but that's the way works. The thing is AppManager is telling me that this server is using 38% of memory and when I enter to the server is using just 4% of memory.
A lot of exception occur while using MSSQL
I'm using MS SQLServer 2005 (SP3, English) as my db. Problem is I can't see any status while monitoring my Active Directory (Domain Controller), all status and monitor give me "NA", but it can monitor its health, of course, health is OK. I try to find where the problem is, while seeing stderr.txt under logs folder, it shows A LOT OF exceptions such as Nms.store.NmsStorageException: Invalid object name 'AM_Script_Numeric_Data_10000011' java.sql.SQLException: Invalid object name 'AM_CAM_COLUMNAR_DATA_10000011'

While I created a monitor for Active Directory, I use an account which called labadm@lab.org, the status and information could be returned correctly. AppManager bug? error in application with snmp?
Hi, I have a situation with a Solaris system running snmp. The snmpd daemon was stopped like 15 days ago but for some reason AppManager was aware of it but did not tell or report anything wrong in the application. Better yet, it keeps telling that that server was up and running but there was no data from it. Performance slow and wrong alerts
Hi, We have some issues with our Application Manager. We've installed 190 monitors on a windows server (1 Xeon 2.4 CPU, 2GB mem) and the monitor is reporting more and more false alerts about the health.
