AppManager won't start

AppManager won't start

After a reboot over the weekend to install windows patches, Applications Manager will not start.

I can't see anything in the log files, and subsequent attempt to start the screen has stuck at "Initializing Server".

Event log contains multiple entries from "Interactive Service detection stating "As device or application has requested attention. Device or application: C:\Program Files (x86)\ManageEngine\AppManager11\working\wrapper.exe. Message title C:\Program Files (x86)\ManageEngine\AppManager11\working\wrapper.exe."
