I recently deleted a monitor information

Apache, MySql, etc... and the name of the server/host was ABC123 for example. I reformat and reinstall that machine but now have a diferent hostname "ABC1" and I can added to the AppManage but when trying to add the other monitors such as Apache, MySql, etc.. AppManage add them under the old name ABC123. How can I get rid of that or make the monitors be under the new host.

And yes, the server have the same IP address as before the installation, the only thing changed was the hostname.
