Several servers in our list now return "no data" when we click on them (i.e. no cpu usage, no response time data, etc). A message appears at the top of the screen which says "Error # Not enough storage is available to complete this operation". The drive on which the system runs has 20GB of free space. Hi, I am monitoring a Redhat Linux ES 3.0 server. For testing I load the CPU with a heavy application which shoots up the CPU utilization to 68% as reported by top command. However, the CPU utilization visible in Application Manager is uniform at 3% for a long time. I am using snmp based monitoring. However, when I use SSH correct values are shown in the CPU utilization section of Application Manager. However, with Opennms correct values are available in the current scenario with SNMP only. So I
Error Removing Monitors
I had two monitors in error. One was an oracle monitor and one was a tomcat monitor. Both monitors were no longer needed so I removed them. Even though they are gone, the dashboard still shows that I have alerts in the Database group and the Application Server group even though there are no other alerts at the moment. After a HTTP-URL monitor is created I go in to edit the monitor. I uncheck the "If monitor detects error, re-try immediately to verify error." I then hit the Update button. Even if I logout of the AppManager then log back on the check box is still checked. Adding Monitor
When adding a new Weblogics monitor, an additional "unknown" server monitor is created at the same time. How can I prevent the server monitor from being created? I only need the Weblogics server monitor to be created. I have created a single Weblogics server monitor for one server with no problem. however, I have a second Weblogics server that insists on creating both a Weblogics and Server monitor. SQL Server reports
I love the reports generated from the SQL monitoring but as always want more. For each of the graphs it appears as though it will only generate a report for the first statistic. As an example the SQL Statistics report only generates for Batch Requests/min. Is there a way for me to get it to report off of SQL Recompilations/min?

Getting a View Action from the Database
When a person goes of call we currently change a Action from our own pager number to the person coming on call. This action is used for all production systems and is needed 24x7. What I would like to solve is: I want to set up automatic paging on the development systems from the hours of 8-17 on M-F only. Each of the team members has our own pager (and hence a unique pager number). I written a script to run under the Execute Program Action. I would like to have this script select the current pager
NTLM Authentication Failed
Hi, Appliaction Manager 6.1 was able to perform NTLM authentication under HTTP URL sequence monitoring with Service Pack 5.5. After I patched Service Pack 5.6, NTLM authenticatio failed with this error message "Exception while trying to acces the url java.io.IOException". I rolled back to previous stage, by re-installed Application Manager6.1, patched Service Pack 5.5 but NTLM also failed. I have also uploaded cryptix-jce-provider.jar. Please can you advice? Missing monitors after updating to 6.6
Hello, Following your recommendations, I've just upgraded to latest AppManager version 6.6 and suddenly, all our Tru64 monitors are gone! Supposedly this SP fixed the correct handling with the Tru64, right? Please advice me asap since I've lost our most important monitors ! Thanks Josep Rom�n

Chinese version online demo And font size is too small
Netflow and Opstor have provided chinese online-demo.It's very fine. I suggest AppManager can provide chinese online demo too. Chinese online demo is important for Chinese customer. And AppManager's font size is too small for Chinese Version. In Chinse version,When font size less than 12.It will be illegible,not clear. Customer complain this problem.

Hi I've recently setup ManageEngine� Applications Manager 6.6 and attempted to make it accesibly externally not just internally, did this via a reverse proxy, so https://manager.company.com is changed to http://manager.company.com (internally) and loads the site. However when u access it externally the links etc are trying to acess http:// which is blocked.. is their a way to make ManageEngine� Applications Manager 6.6 https compatible?

Linux & SMP: Wrong CPU utilization and load (n. of jobs)
Hi, the reported values for "CPU Utilization" and "System Load" are wrong (maybe because it's multiprocessor machines?) ... For example on one machine the CPU utilization is always reported as 19%, the "Jobs in 15 Minutes" is always reported as "20". BTW, the max possible number of jobs ("100") is not high enough. What can I do to get proper readings? OS is Debian Sarge (both Appmanager machine and monitored machine(s)). Regards Ingmar

Hi, Is it possible to create DB users on the DB you wish to monitor that only have read access to the required tables? Your documentation always suggests using a System administrator or owner; however, I'd rather have a separate user that can only access the performance data your application requires. Is this possible? Do you have a list of the tables for each DB that are required? I'm really only interested in MS SQL and DB2 (AIX). Thanks, Chris.

Hi there, I've created yesterday several server monitors and they were the whole day correctly reporting their data (cpu, disk occupation, etc...). This morning they appear up in the appmanager (6050 rel) but no data is being shown regarding their resources. In fact, all have the "Last Polled" field in their properties as empty. and the "Next poll" field shows exactly it will happen in 5 minutes...
