Hi,
We are trying out your software on the 30 day trial and are having two problems. The first is that two Solaris servers we are trying to monitor do not accept pings. They are up and running but Applications Manager says they are down because the "Ping Test Failed". Is there some way of testing these servers other than the pinging them? The second problem is with monitoring Weblogic 9.1 servers. They connect and show them available, but they say "Data Collection in progress.Please wait till the next poll interval" all the time, so the only monitoring that we see is response time. I saw on the forums there was talk of a war file to fix this. These servers reside on the same network. Please advise.
