Is it possible to monitor mail flow.
The Application Manager polls a POP3 account, but it doesn't test if the incoming and outgoing mail server is working. For example send a bogus mail to yahoo, and wait for a bounce back message. That way it shows that the system works sending external mail, also recieving mail.
