I'm intrested with your product in order to monitor proccess in my organization.

I need to know if I can monitor changes in proccess status, (I Have several Critical proccess) I need to know when the proccess is HANG, please notice that the issue is that the proccess still running in task manager but the application is not responding.

I need to configure alert to send SMS to cell phone.

1. how can i monitor if the proccess hang?

2. how can i configure the application to send SMS?

3. what hardware i need in order to send the SMS (modem...)
