Changing Date/Time
After upgrading to the latest rerlease, all of the logged dates and times are now different than the server's date and time. I cannot find anywhere to change these settings. How do i set the date/time for the logs? Thanks, Patrick

Hej, i'm supposed to customize the ADSSP DomainLogon to our corporate design. Thinking it would be a 30 minute job i spent the last couple of hours customizing the file: - the default DomainLogon.html is invalid (pulled from a fresh install). run it throgh validator.w3.org for a good laugh. - guys, this is 2011 - using tables was fun in 2001. you even pulled a "position: absolute" stunt just to get a basic 2 column layout. i like my <font>-tag as much as the next guy, please get rid of those
SQL Native Client
I have just updated to the latest version of ADSelfService Plus (Version 4.5 Build 4511) and would like to change the Database from MySQL to my main SQL Server, I copied the DLL, RLL files as told and installed the SQL Native Client but it still doesn't load!! I have attached screenshots of the errors that I have got and a copy of the SQL Native Client installation. AD Configured admin Login Not allowed
Hello, I downloaded the "ManageEngine ADSelfService Plus 4.5 " to evaluate the product. I configured it for my domain and everything looked perfect. After I logout as admin user, now I get the login screen with the Domain list box and I am unable to login as "admin" user to make any further changes. All I get is normal user login session even if I login with the Domain Admin account. Can anyone seen this issue ? is there any different URL for the admin login to the application ? Plase advise thank

I have installed ADSelfService Plus 4.5 on a test system for evaluation. I've installed it as a service, and provided a username and password of a user that was a member of the Account Operators builtin domain group. The status for the domain initially said "The user/system has no admin privilege", but later when I looked again it said "Success". However, if I go in as an enrolled user to Reset Password, answer my security questions and what not and enter a new password, I get an error that says
Export to anything but pdf
When I try to export the list of non-registered users, some of the email addresses are getting cut off. It does not happen when i export to pdf, but i need it to export to csv. Thanks, Patrick
Phone number field validation
Really nice! I wish to validate the phone number but some people have an extension. So I tried format xxx-xxx-xxx Ext xxxx but it sees the x in "Ext" as a number field. Any thoughts?
Where is the image getting stored
Hi - I believe the information we type in is getting sent to AD. But where is the image that we upload in the self update layout getting stored ? Is there a database that is collecting the image file and the information typed in ?

CP logon screen problem on Windows 7 PC

New AD User with "User must change password at next logon"
I am currently testing out the Demo of ADSelfService PLus for use in our facility. I ran into an issue with adding a new user and setting the user to require a password change at next login. When I run the Selfservice application and try to connect as the new user in order to set the new password it tells me the username/password is incorrect. If I uncheck that setting in AD I the user logs in without issue. How can I set that so the user can be given an initial temporary password that they can connect
Technician/Administrator Enrollment
In order for my techs to login with domain credentials their OU needs to be part of the enrollment policy, and therefore they constantly get the enrollment reminder, but as techs they can't enroll. Is there any way in v4.4 to allow technicians to enroll AND be able to run reports and administer ADSelfService Plus? Thanks.

Is it possible to generate and email reports on a scheduled basis?
password expiration
What happens if a user does not change their password before their password expires? Is the user able to un-expire their acccount? Is this done with the "Unlock Account" option or "Forgotten Password" option? Does it reset the expiration time? so if we have a policy to change password every 90 days, does performing either of those options above reset that? Thanks

select OU not saving
When go into the Policy Configuration/Select OUs option the settings don't seem to be saving. When close and go back in all OUs are selected again. Any ideas why?

Can the admin reset a user in ADSelfService to re-register if the user cannot remember the answer to their security questions?

Logs or alerts sent to administrator(s)?
Where are the events that take place in ADSelfService Plus logged (Event Log, internal log, text file, etc)? I've seen the "audit reports" that you can manually run, but my company has the requirement to maintain the logs in a searchable format, and ideally have the administrative team alerted when a user unlocks themselves or resets their password. Also, would that report be an automatable task, so I don't have to manually run the report daily and export on my own, sort of like a digest report

High CPU
Hello, Adselservice server has high CPU use 100%, is there any configuration to consider?. The java.exe process consumes all the CPU. The server has 4GB ram, and 2 processors, window 2008 Standard R2 Please if there is any special configuration ?. thank you
STEP Notification not working - No emails being delivered
Hello I have had reports from multiple users that they are not receiving the STEP notification. I have performed some message tracking and have been unable to find any instances of the mail being generated and delivered. I have attached for your viewing the 'serverout1.log' which does show the notification being triggered at 12:00PM as configured. Any help and suggestions would be most appreciated. Thank you. Is it possible to edit the following text on the domain user login page: Enrolled Users >> Enrol your secret questions and answers. >> Login to change your password. >> Login to update your information. I'd like to remove some of this text (eg the last point because we have turned off that functionality in the applicaiton), and re-word some of it as well. Thanks

ADSelfService 4.4 Does Not Start
1. Installed ADSelfService on W2008R2. Started the console and then provided a basic configuration. Rebooted the machine, and ADSS will not start, cannot be installed as a service, and does not update any logs. The progress bar gets to "Loading Authentication" and then dies. Any help would be appreciated.
