Encountering Error Message in user accounts reset password session
I installed already the demo version and already enrolled some domain users but when I try to reset password one of the domain user, here is the error message: "Reset Password Failed" "Administrator credentials in application do not match with the one found in Active Directory" -Although the softwares default admin account enables me to reset the password which changes the password of the domain user account user so how come it does not have the proper credential with its domain admin account counterpart? hope for your kind and immediate respond Thanks you, Mark
