Invalid HTML / Customization
Hej,
i'm supposed to customize the ADSSP DomainLogon to our corporate design. Thinking it would be a 30 minute job i spent the last couple of hours customizing the file:
- the default DomainLogon.html is invalid (pulled from a fresh install). run it throgh validator.w3.org for a good laugh.
- guys, this is 2011 - using tables was fun in 2001. you even pulled a "position: absolute" stunt just to get a basic 2 column layout. i like my <font>-tag as much as the next guy, please get rid of those pesky css files
- double body! yay. the more the merrier.
please start providing clean, structured templates to get people started - ones that validate. there needs to be a big warning sign that the builtin editor generates html that looks like a word 97 html export.
if i had any say in the purchase i'd rather run than even look at that mess again. wonder what hides in the source code. i'm sorry, but this has been a very frustrating experience.
search seems to be broken for the forums. i'm not inclined to use google just to find something in a support forum. please fix the tagging feature
