What happens if a user does not change their password before their password expires?  Is the user able to un-expire their acccount?  Is this done with the "Unlock Account" option or "Forgotten Password" option?  Does it reset the expiration time?  so if we have a policy to change password every 90 days, does performing either of those options above reset that?
